Creepy clown sightings across the world
In recent months, a trend has grown in North America, United Kingdom, and Australia with people dressing as clowns and terrorizing people. I think this trend is really creepy. Even my local news has reported that clown costumes are illegal to wear on Halloween now. What are your thoughts about all this?

Apparently they were suppose to show up at my school according to a rumor.
Viral marketing for the remake of Stephen King's 'It'.
The have been clown sightings across the UK too and i also read that there are some in Australia. The worst part about it is they are chasing people with realistic looking but fake weapons and are scaring old people who could have a heart attack.
illegal to dress as a clown? That's ridiculous.
They're just clowning around. I'm sorry, I'll show myself out.
Uh-oh...
Why are people doing this?
I don't understand how half the country is trying to ban clowns and the other half wants to elect one...
This is literally everywhere. Even happened in the town next to me in england. Bloody idiots
Or this http://www.itv.com/news/central/2016-10-11/woman-gives-birth-early-after-being-terrified-by-killer-clown/
Even here in england
Sightings in my town actually have popped up. According to someone I know in the police station, they had around 30 calls in one night, all proved to be just paranoia though. lol
Maybe it's costume specific? xD
I know. Scary. I've seen them debating.
Never happens in my country.
There's been reports of clowns prowling around in the town I live in, and especially where my sister goes to for college at night for her studies. Thankfully she has yet to be harassed by one, but it's only a matter of time.
This clown business is definitely going too far.
It gets better, and weirder

Soon Batmens will be fighting Clowns in every street. Everyone! Take your black cape on and become the Dark Knight!
In honesty, having Batman around makes everything less scarier. :P
OMG!!! THERES A CLOWN THAT WAS AT MY SCHOOL A WHILE AGO SO SCARED
but i think the clown killing joke is just foolish and they think its a prank so scared halloween
I agree.
Clinton is quite a clown:
Okay, this whole clown thing is really creepy... Especially the chainsaw one.
Have they actually hurt anyone though?
Be safe @Dont_Look_Back and @BigBlidMax. (Because you are the only people I know of that's where there have been sightings)
Um excuse you, those "creepy clowns" care called Juggalos.
Do you think they might be working for the Joker?
Really needs to stop before people get hurt...
I live in Indiana, I haven't seen any clowns yet.
EDIT: Misremembered something and removed it.
I've seen so much videos of clowns get beat the crap out of this should blow over by December at the latest. I doubt clowns will be out freezing themselves in snow at least in the places that it snows.
Have these 'killer' clowns even killed someone?
Someone tries that in Florida, they're liable to get shot.
Yes, and Batman's coming to save us!
Sorry, double post.
No. I don't believe anyone has been seriously injured either. It's mostly just pranksters running at you with fake weapons.
and already the "Prank" We killed a Clown videos are popping up all over youtube.
I don't know why people run from the clowns. If you're in your car and see a clown on the road just floor it and they'll run. Hopefully scaring them makes them stop.
I got no notification! WTF...
I think I read somewhere one of them was already critically injured for pulling this stunt.
Where?

A lot more stuff has been happening with this clown stuff there was a man who was stabbed by a clown is Sweden. and somewhere in England I think a man has been dressing up as batman and chasing clowns.
Apparently clowns are taking over the country not just in general, but also at the cost of their own health.

How about looking at the name of the thread? Or reading the first few words.
I'm sorry, I didn't read the whole thing.
Someone please kill me.
