How are you introduced to Telltale Games?
For me, that is Back to the Future: The Game and Telltale's The Walking Dead. That's how I got here.
What about you?

I was introduced with Jurassic Park. And that turned out to be a complete fucking mess, so I sold it.
But then, a year later, Walking Dead Season 1 came out, and then I was immediately hooked on Telltale.
Then I played a lot of their other games like TWAU, TFTBL, GOT, etc.
So...I've been a fan since 2012.
I played a free demo of Sam and Max Episode 104 on Steam, sometime in 2008 or so. I followed Telltale moderately because I thought their play style of interactive TV was cool. At that time, I mostly checked out the first episodes of some of their series. I became a pretty big Telltale fan later in 2010, as they started to work with a lot more franchises.
The Walking Dead Season 1. I purchased the retail version for the PS3 and have been hooked on Telltale every since.
Same.
I bought TFTB in the 2015 summer sale so I could display 4 Borderlands games on my profile on steam.
No regrets.
Nearly a year ago, I played Minecraft for the first time and loved it.
Not too long after (a month or two) I found out about this strange new "Story Mode" thing, and realized that there was a demo of it on the PS3, I played it and loved it, so I bought it.
Then, not too long after (another month or two) I moved house, and didn't have access to my Playstation for a while.
So, while I was browsing the App Store on my tablet out of boredom, I found The Walking Dead Season 1 and thought "Hey, that's the game that Telltale made! Oh look, episode one is free!" So I downloaded it...
And when I played it... Wow, I was amazed, it was easily one of the best games I've ever played... And so I bought it, and that's when I started looking into Telltale's other games... And, yeah, that's about it.
So the Walking Dead was the game that got me hooked on Telltale. (Sorry for the long post)
Sam & Max on Gametap back in like 2007, but I didn't get completely invested in their other series until Back to The Future, and of course The Walking Dead. I made an account after 400 days and have been there since.
Kind of surprising that Minecraft led you to Walking Dead. Usually it's the other way around, or at the very least, two different situations altogether.
I played the walking dead demo back in 2012,but i only played the full game last year. After that,i really liked the game and buyed every other game they made after the walking dead
When the first episode of S1 of TWD became free, I played it and got hooked.
Yeah, I wouldn't of played The Walking Dead if it weren't for Minecraft: Story Mode, so I can't give TWD all the credit.
Actually, the very first thing of the Walking Dead I played was a demo of Season 2 on my sister's PS VIta, so I didn't really know what was going on... Besides a man dying... And a baby disappearing.
But at that time I already knew Lee died. (Yes, I knew Lee was going to die the whole time I played S1)
Heard about Wolf Among Us when it first came out, bought it about 4 days after it first released, I told a friend about it and he told me I should check out Walking Dead, and from there Ive been playing their games.
During the 2012 Steam winter sale i saw the Walking Dead on one of the daily deals, i watched a quick spoiler free review which said the game was good so i purchased it. At first i didn't really get into it but after finishing episode 2 i was really hooked, after i finished all 5 episodes i looked online to see if there was going to be a season 2 and it was confirmed so i joined the forum and have followed Telltale ever since.
I saw a Sam and Max video of season 3 a few years back, and ever since then, I have loved the way Telltale Games made their games, my personal favorites being The Walking Dead (Season 1), and Tales from the borderlands.
In 2012 I found the TobyGames youtube channel (yeah I know, don't judge me, this was four years ago) and started watching his Let's Plays, including The Walking Dead. I was really intrigued by the story and watched him play through it, and I remember after the finale I was depressed for a week. I didn't actually play the game myself until the following year, then I was hooked. I was really excited for The Walking Dead Season 2 because it was my first Telltale game that I played through without seeing any of it on youtube first.
Saw an ad for Sam and Max, thought it looked cool. Eventually, I bought it.
I was just browsing the store on my old Xbox 360 and I heard of the walking dead game. Surprisingly stampylongshead (or maybe it was long nose can't remember) actually did a let's play of telltales the walking dead a long time ago (I think he took those videos down) I only watched like 2 minutes of episode one but when I saw season 1 and 2 for free I downloaded them out of curiosity and loved it. I looked to see if the developer made any other games like the walking dead and they did. I started playing a lot more of thier games after story mode came.
The Walking Dead Game: Season One
I was introduced to Telltale Games back when Back to the Future: The Game was first announced. After playing that whole series and then playing The Walking Dead Game, I've been a fan of their games ever since.
Sam & Max Season 1. LucasArts was going to create a new Sam & Max game, then canceled it, which got a lot of us mad, but as soon as Steve Purcell's agreement with Lucas came to an end, suddenly there was news of a small new oddly-episodic company that was going to write one instead. The rest is history!
Saw Pewdiepie's playthrough of TWD, got hooked. Have been in love with TTG ever since.
Sam & Max Save The World.
There was an ad in MAD or something. I came to the forum for Devil's Playhouse briefly, matured a bit(I was previously from a more vicious forum), and came back for Back To The Future(that's where this account is dated).
I was introduced through the Walking Dead. Back then I spent quite a lot of time in the Walking Dead Wiki and I saw the game then I watch a walkthrough of it. It was only when Episode 2 got released that I brought the game.
But I think my earliest introduction to Telltale Games was watching a friend playing Poker Night.
It was a combination. I saw The Walking Dead season 1 years ago and in my ignorance turned away from it because i wasn't sold on the visual style based on some screenshots and the cover.
Nearly two years ago I bought s1 and 2 along with TWAU when i bought my ps4, and ironically the art style is one of my standout favourite parts of Telltale's style. Now, I'm completely hooked.
Was looking for a video on The Walking Dead tv series and saw a playthru video...I checked it just to see how lame it was...and boy oh boy did I ever get attached to Lee and Clementine...but did not buy it until I saw it on my kindle store listing...episode one was free so..what the hell. But you know you have to play them all...and that ending...darn you TellTalegames...I shed tears.
Do you ever feel that you always have any second or few choices that moves you right?
No brother! Is that happens?
Aaheem! Probably you might dont know about telltale. Yeah no problem. Just forget.
I started with The Wolf Among Us.
I was just browsing through Apple Store and wow, I saw the icon and it caught my eye. Decided to try it since ep 1 is free.
I was introduced with Walking dead.
I bought "A New Day" the day I graduated middle school as a gift from finishing it. The whole season ended up defining my time in the 9th-12th grade. I still play through it at least once a year. I got so invested into it and after finishing The Walking Dead: Season 1, I had to see what else TellTale had. And what they had turned out to be a gold mine of great games.
My first Telltale game was the demo for, coincidently, Walking Dead S1 back in 2012. After that somewhere down the line, I played the entirety of S1. I loved it, it was fun and unique to all the other games I played and owned. This also happened to be around when I started to more and more into TWD in general. Of course, I didn't fully discover Telltale and this site until S2's release. I played the demo for that one as well in December until the following month I got the season pass and followed this forum before joining. From there, I ended up following Telltale and kept an eye on games I would most definitely enjoy.
Demo-wise, was a three-day mix between Sam and Max Seasons One and Two, and Wallace and Gromit's Grand Adventures. Just played those Xbox demos over and over again until I sought out the full versions.
Full-game-wise, was Sam and Max's Abe Lincoln Must Die. I had as much love with it as the Xbox demos, and that began my love story with Telltale Games. XD
Firstly I played the first episode of The Wolf Among Us when I saw it free but I didn't even finish it and deleted it, a year later I decided to try The Walking Dead Season 1 and I got hooked from the first episode and even after I finished TWD I also finished TWAU because I realized TellTale was making good games.
(It's actually long story but that's a small version with very much details missing so...)
Started with TWAU, hooked from TWD.
My first game was TWDS1, I got it as soon as it came out.
