Really? I thought Bruce Wayne was the centerpiece in episode 2. Besides meeting Penguin and the finale, which is about 25 minutes (30 if you go as mayor hill as batman) at most in a 80 minute episode. With episode 1 you have the beginning sequence, detective sequence, and even the ending, which is about 45 minutes.
...No. I don't think we'll ever have a whole episode dedicated to batman. I think its possible we can get a 60/40 between the two of them, but Bruce Wayne is a central character in the series, and I can't see Telltale abandoning him for a whole episode.
While I'm pretty sure we'll never have an episode that's all Batman, I do think Episode 4 or 5 might mostly be Batman, like 60/40, 67/33, etc. with a lot of action, since, well, it's the finale.
