Why did Murphy bit 10K?

Also what happens to people that Murphy bites? will they live forever, unless shot on the head or something like that?

    I'm guessing from other posts you are talking about the show z nation, i have never seen the show so i assume that the title is some sort of spoiler so i edited it so any more people don't get spoilt.

    Please remember that not everyone has seen or caught up with some show spoilers so be careful of what spoilers you put in titles.
