Also, that "No joke" is really bothering me. I was really hoping for no Joker in this series or at least season. Crossing my fingers he's completely redesigned with different motivations.

I am pretty sure there is no Joker...I mean who would they get to voice him? I kid I kid...but no I do not think they need the Joker in the game...he is sort of a crutch.

All the anti-Joker protesters shouldn't have a meltdown quite yet. Job could be referring to someone possibly connected to the Joker, like Harleen Quinzel, as opposed to an outright appearance by the Joker.
It certainly seems like they're going for an interesting interpretation of Arkham in this universe.
If we get anything Joker-related, it'll probably be just an inmate or something related to him that foreshadows his existence without him actually appearing.
I think it's possible for episode 4 to release in November and episode 5 in December, Telltale did say they wanted to release all 5 episodes before the end of the year so i don't expect it any later than December 20th.

It's still only the 9th of November, I wouldnt say Season 3 is delayed.
Maybe not to next month, but it won't come out in a "surprise release" next week either. So people shouldn't get their hopes up for that.
