Props to Bonnie
I just wanted to throw out some non-support propaganda.
Bonnie has been there for me with coupon issues, faulty purchases and recently forum issues.
I notice from this forum that she also owns up when she occasionally lets one slip through the cracks.
Tell Tale has built an amazing reputation, at least with me, for being a great bastion of customer support--and most of my issues have been resolved by Bonnie, so I've got to think she got her job for a reason. She makes it work.
