Its ok I get your feeling. Some people just enjoy other villains more. Heck, one of my favorites is Riddler and he's barely featured in stories despite being one of the main rogues.
Well I can give you an answer as to why, but you won't like it. Its simple, the Joker is in everything......because fans want him to be. And considering that Batman has been a huge franchise for 70 years the authors are fans too, so they just add him because they like him and think hes super complex and interesting and......you'v probably heard all these arguments 50+ plus now.
But as for Telltale I feel like he'll just be a minor character for now so don't worry. The focus is already on Harvey, Penguin and Vicky.
I guess it would be easier if I understood any of the appeal at all but he's always just annoyed me.
And I disagree that overused means h… moree has outlived any potential story usage, just that he has been overexposed and it would be better if he faded into the background for awhile. He doesn't NEED to be in everything and yet somehow he is.
Yeah, but who would support and fund a project that big a size? Can't be the Waynes, we don't want their dirty money. Plus, it only had the support it had because the Wayne name was on it.
Small detail from the trailer: in the first shot of the fight with Penguin, Batman's armour/suit/clothes (I don't have a clue) is still damaged from the fight with Vicki, in the next shot, though, it's intact. Good thing I had Lucious come work with me ; ).
Oh and if you look closely, the guy who uis about to get stabbed with a very large needle has some sort of... errr... thing (???) in his hand that he used to stab the other dude who's stabbing him! That's a lot of stabbing right there! You can see that all the blood appears before the dude on the ground being stabed is stabed!
So, yeah, the bald guy with all of the scars is gonna be injured. I hear he is an original Batman character?
The guys's name is Zsasz. The scars are his way of counting how many people he has killed.
And the guy he's trying to stab is actually an Arkham nurse/guard/whatever that was about to taze him. So that blood isn't Zsasz's. Here's a picture that shows he isn't hurt:

It appears that the clip and the sections of the trailer pertaining to Oz were misleading. In fact, we will not be seeing a typical showdown… more between Batman and Penguin. Instead, they will engage in an epic singing battle. Whoever can belt the superior rendition of "Loving You" wins and becomes the CEO of Wayne Enterprises. The loser, however, is sentenced to sharing a bed in Arkham Asylum with Blockbuster every night.
While that is true, the people of Gotham hate on Bruce for this despite him being a child and no one seeming to think he's dirty himself so I don't know they'd appreciate the distinction.
Come to think of it the "mainstream" despise for Bruce is totally unwarranted the guy did nothing wrong, in fact he was already in the process of righting the wrongs of his lineage, unbeknownst to him.
Like why hate the man for what his parents did ? It's clear he is nothing like his father. He is no crook.
Damn I hope we will have the opportunity to take down Penguin for good. But I don't bet on it, most likely one of the "loose ends" for Ep5.

What I think at the end of the season finale Bruce Wayne will learn the true face of his father because I personally think that Thomas Wayne was doing these things for a reason
It would have to be a *really *good reason to justify some of what he's been shown to be responsible for. Particularly when it came to Esther Cobblepot.

I wish he looked like Leto's Joker, but I guess that Telltale don't want to make crime lord Joker - I think that they're creating a mix of dark Joker and comic Joker. A pity, but knowing the writers of Telltale they will play this character well
last time I've decided to go as Batman, it ended on threatening the mayor of Gotham and GCPD being afraid of me, so this time being a Batman should be a right choice especially that Harley wants to make peace with Batman (they did a handshake in my playthrough ) I just hope that I don't mess up again xd

I really hope they don't do that, because that's usually always how stuff like this turns out. Not everyone is secretly a hero. In my opinon, it would be best if the allegations about Thomas are true and Bruce has to prove to the people around him, and also to himself in a way, that he's better than his father.

I agree with that. It's a phenomnal opportunity for Bruce to prove he can rise above.
No idea how he's going to retain control of Wayne Entreprises assuming he ever does, but then without it Batman will have a very hard time existing.

It's probably for the best he doesn't look like him. Leto's Joker was not very well received (partly due to all the stories that came out and partly because they cut most of his material so it ended up a glorified cameo).

Does not mean those who chose to side with Harvey will be left out in the cold. Harvey can certainly be redeemed if you did everything you could for that to happen.
I can see the appeal of going as Batman, especially if Harvey doesn't hate him, but even if I think it might lead to a better outcome I've been being as honest as I can be with him and it just feels like hiding to show up as Batman instead of Bruce even if Harvey's probably still mad about the not-sex that happened with Selina. Going as Bruce feels more personal, like trying harder to reach him. What does Batman even know about Harvey? Bruce is the one who's been standing with him all this time.
I wonder if Bruce is ever going to feel guilty for all this mess. Not the Children of Arkham thing but Harvey never could have run without Bruce's money and he had no way of knowing what was going to happen but Harvey would be so much better off now if Bruce hadn't funded the campaign in the first place. But who even knows who would be running the city with Hill running unopposed. But maybe then no debate so...who knows?

I mean, they had to do something if they wanted to feature Harvey at all in the trailer and he's a big part of the game. In the version of the trailer I saw right after episode three he was bursting into Wayne Manor with a gun with his face unscarred. Having his face both scarred and unscarred in the trailer is confusing and unnecessary. Anyone who hasn't played the game yet will more easily recognize him with the injury and those who have played will know it's only one potential world state. Even if he suffers some other facial injury no matter what, I can't imagine it will be before the scenes we saw him in in the game as that takes recovery time and there is the unscarred trailer from before.
Another thing to keep in mind is that Telltale usually do their trailers with the majority choices; IE showing burned Harvey, because a majority of players saved Selina.
I know the origins of TTG Joker. It's Billy. Billy Bibbit. "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest".
Edit. Ahh. Forgot. Kids here never heard about this film.

Awwww thanks. Scarface is one of my fav quirky Batman villains, so if he does turn up it'll just be gravy. But it's nice they used Arnold Wesker, even if it's just a cameo.
Comments
From the trailer, he really just sorta looks like he's window dressing in Arkham Asylum.
It would be cool if he eventually escapes the same way Bruce does, slipping through the cracks he left behind.
Of course, I was referring to him in the context of just Season 1.

Oh then I 100% agree. Making the Joker the main villain out of nowhere would just be disrespectful of the world they've created.
Yeah, but who would support and fund a project that big a size? Can't be the Waynes, we don't want their dirty money. Plus, it only had the support it had because the Wayne name was on it.
They could just name the hospital after Martha since it was revealed that she was clean.
WHY DID YOU SAY THAT NAME?!
It did. We actually got screens after trailer during the wait for Episode 3. Sure, it was only 1 day after the trailer released, but still.
So yeah, I bet we'll get screens sometime later.

Thank you and lol at harv
Something will be busted but it won't be blocks.
TBH this episode isn't exciting like ep 2 and 3 but still HYPED!!!!!!
Also BTW if anyone wants to see the trailer here it is!
...yeah, it's in the OP.
I would hate to be that guy
Bet ya Harvey's mom's name is Martha.

Who is the voice of the joker in the batman telltale episode 4 trailer.
I really hope they don't do that, because that's usually always how stuff like this turns out. Not everyone is secretly a hero. from the trailer, has Telltale made Harvey's face getting burned canon at this point?

Sounds like it, but the same applied to Ep3.

So, does that make Blockbuster Chief?
Pretty sure anyone whose been through high school have had to read the book or seen the movie at least once.
I think it's mostly because Telltale believes Two-face looks cooler.
Awwww thanks. Scarface is one of my fav quirky Batman villains, so if he does turn up it'll just be gravy. But it's nice they used Arnold Wesker, even if it's just a cameo.
Like a wise man once said " Scars are way cooler than stumps. If it was a stump he'd be no-face lmao" -Luke
