Well I once thought I had something spoiled for me for Danganronpa 2 but turns out I was wrong and the thumbnail was misleading so when I played the DR:AE I didn't realize I had something spoiled from that so I didn't even notice and even then it wasn't a huge spoiler. So I got lucky. By the way if you are interested in that series don't look up anything on the games as you'll inevitably get spoiled.
The ending to episode 2 of Batman, and sort of a scene in episode 3 I would have liked to figure out on my own, and a major character death in persona 3 and 5. People suck.

I hadn't seen Episode 66 of Dragon Ball Super yet and saw a video with Trunks cutting Zumasu in half in Spirit Saiyan 2 form in the thumbnail. (for those of you who don't know, Spirit Saiyan is from the Super Android 13 movie and it involves fusing the power of a spirit bomb with your super saiyan form), so I was kinda pissed.
Hey, since the new shitty site update won't let me show what I'll be spoiling, my comment up there has major spoilers for Dragon Ball Super's 66th Episode. Just letting you know.
I was fighting with all my soul to keep myself from seeing Joker's appearance. But people just have to put his face as their thumbnail on Youtube wherever I go.
I've been spoiled by thumbnails not only for Telltale's games. Also I learned the hard way not to look in the youtube comments for new story driven games...
The huge twist from Ace Attorney Investigations 2 was spoiled to me and that's why I didn't enjoy it as I could've when they revealed it

The time came when Dojo and Deltino became moderators, and Blind created an announcement and celebration thread, and with a video placed in the description—the thumbnail apparently portrayed a scene of that popular game, Tables from the Borderlands, with that guy Rhys sitting in a purple room with the options "Rule Hyperion" and "Reject Hyperion" displayed by the bottom.
That led to me deciding to check out Tables from the Borderlands, which caused me to come across thumbnail spoilers for Telltale's Game Of Thrones.
That led to me also picking up Telltale's Game Of Thrones, which caused me to learn most major plot points for the television series.
That led to me starting to read A Game Of Thrones.
If you want me to check something out—spoil it to me but not too much.

Too many times to count. I'm someone who despises spoilers so it's very irritating for me. It happens the most with games and movies..mostly because of Youtube. Once i'm sold on something, I will stop reading any news or watching trailers. Some companies are pretty terrible at making something seem exciting and worth purchase without giving away big details. I'm usually pretty good at avoiding things (I avoided everything most recently for an entire year related to Rise of the Tomb Raider, waiting for PS4 release) but sometimes (like with thumbnails or just scrolling through comments, sometimes on a completely unrelated subject) people will just throw a big spoiler in just because they know it will make some people upset.
I had the "John" appearance in the recent batman episode spoiled for me. Then of course, once I come to that scene in the game it was far less of a moment for me. It's just something you have to accept is going to happen sooner or later with something.
A lot.
There are these annoying Youtubers that deem necessary to post a big spoiler in every damn thumbnail with accompanying "comment."
Latest one has been related to Telltale Games Batman.
I refunded it back on launch when I found out that game doesn't properly support 4K resolution. Now when I would likely have given it a second chance, the small image ruins it for me.
I might buy the game anyway and I have already watched episodes 1-3 on Youtube.

Already has as I continue to wait for Batman ep 4 to release on steam.

Yep, Kenny's return in TWD S2 was spoiled for me by a thumbnail.
And for Fallout 4 I had multiple things spoiled by thumbnails, unfortunately.
Recently Batman for me. Held off for too long I suppose.
Walking Dead Season 2 spoiler
OMG GUYS, KENNY'S ALIVE!!!
I was so fucking mad, it was everywhere on youtube.
You got Shinji death spoiled? i'm sorry man
Yep. Really sucked I was playing P3P for the first time, and then it was just right there in the suggested videos feed.
Telltale Batman was spoiled for me too, twice now.
The Wolf Among Us, tearing off the Crooked Man's head was in the thumbnail.
Thumbnail and Title, yes. Recently 'SwingPoynt' ist the one, who spoils pretty badly. That's also the reason, why i am no longer subscribed to him.

Most annoying thing is that you watch one video of something and then you have a bunch of videos of that thing in your recomended.

Yeah, Joker's face was spoiled for me as well, what's wrong with people?
Dude that sucks, it's one of the best twists in the series, sorry to hear that.

That's interesting.
Countless of times. Shows, games, movies, comics... you name it.

Both Two Face and Joker where spoiled, and I didn't even watch any episode 4 videos.
A lot.

Yeah, you'd think that they would wanna surprise there viewers.

On batman episode 3 where it was in the thumbnail and title.
What?
Parts of Star Wars episode 8 have been spoiled for me by thumbnails, not even kidding.
