Does HE know that Bruce is ******?
So I was playing through episode 4 on my second save file, the brutal savage no chill one.
And John Doe says something along the lines of...
"That'd be cute, to see little Bruce Wayne lurking in the shadows. But we both know you could do more."
Then a minute later he literally straight up says "I know what you are!"
So he totally knows that Bruce Wayne is Batman, right?
Why else why he take such interest in Bruce? He always seems like he's on the verge of cracking up, like people about to lay down a royal flush and watching everyone else raise in poker.
He knows who Vicki is. And the CoA seemingly know who Bruce is. So it could just be a game of phone.

Yeah Telltale made it quite obvious he knows.
I am also pretty convinced that he knows who Bruce Wayne is. He seems to be the only one who knows EVERYTHING .
On a related note, Penguin also knows if he isn't a complete idiot. I would expect him to mock Bruce with it at some point, though, so maybe he really is that stupid?
That part with Oz starting to make me mad. How do you not know Bruce is Batman? Literally you find out all his tech is Wayne tech, and he has a super secret lab in a secret passage in Bruce Wanye's office. If you cant figure that out, you have no right of being a super villain.
He's bluffing.
We might disagree, but honestly... If you said he's bluffing because I compared him to a bad poker player, then I'll love you forever.
Muah.
The Joker might be insane but he's also very smart.
He knew vicky was lady arkham, no big deal if he knows about batman as well
I suppose Oz could be thinking that Batman could also be Bruce's buddy and that's why he's defending him? To use it's too obvious, to in-game villains, not always xD
I think it's possible that Joker doesn't actually know, for sure, but that he does strongly suspect that Bruce is Batman. This Joker seems pretty intelligent. I wouldn't be surprised if he saw the inner darkness within Bruce when he was beating Penguin on television, and then put the pieces together, and I also wouldn't be surprised if he got himself locked up in Arkham intentionally so that he could psycho-analyse the crazy people and the staff who worked there, with some grand scheme in mind.
No, I don't think Joker knows that Bruce is Batman. Joker seemed to be talking about the dark side of Bruce. One common thing with almost all incarnations of Joker is that he believes everyone has the potential to be just as bad as he is. If he knew Bruce was Batman, I think he would have said and done more. This Joker seems to LOVE the idea of watching chaos erupt, so the moment he figured Batman was after Lady Arkham, and here he was needing to be free? Pfft, there would be no choice.
I mean, if he didn't... Why would he tell him where the chemicals are?
I mean... Bruce Wayne, to him, is just an asshole billionaire who doesn't need to know where the chemicals are because that information wouldn't be of any use to him.
One of the characteristic of the Joker is usually that he's a genius. He paid attention to the news and pieced it together.
Then there's this whole "fourth wall" angle which would mean he just knows things.
Anyway, expect that "favor" to be something screwed up.
Or something that seems fine but later turns out to be screwed up.
Why everyone is talking about the favor?
Really everyone used the phone instead of stopping the fight? what kind of batman you are if you put yourself instead of justice.
It's not just yourself. You need to get out if there to stop the CoA who were murdering people a week ago and tried to drug thousands three days ago.
If it were just about Bruce's well-being it might be different. Batman crosses the line when he has to and just because you do get out either way doesn't mean he knows he will. Even playing nice he almost broke the sniper's arm and gave ogre guy brain damage.
Because Bruce showed interest in chasing after her. The Wayne family is very powerful, and all Joker saw was an opportunity to unleash Bruce - the golden child, last of the Waynes. Pretty much letting him run wild, you know? That's just my guess. I strongly believe that Joker wouldn't have been able to resist the chance to at least whisper it. Either way, I'm pumped and I really freaking hope there's a season 2.
I stopped the fight .- . but I did tell the joker that I'll do him a favor .- . Although I know that I will regret it in season 2 for sure .- . Like he is the JOKER after all.
You don't owe him nothing, the favor was you using the phone while he distracted everyone, but if distracting means killing people I don't think the real Batman would agree.
Oh, You are right ... Good point .- .
and Yeah.. Batman would never would the life of other for a simply distraction but again This not " Real " Batman sadly... it just a parallel world but I am glad that my batman has morals
I don't think anyone actually died but the damage was pretty bad. Someone list a finger right? Of course, you make the favor decision BEFORE you find out what he's going to do so the real decision is, if you promise the favor, will you still do it even knowing all the hurt caused.
Doesn't the crazy guy with the scars, zsas or whatever his name is, kill an employee of Arkham?
