Who do you think trained Vicki how to fight?
She seems to be on par with Batman who is an expert in hand to hand fighting and has many masters under his belt. Do you think the real bad guy to this entire game is Vicki's master (possibly Ras Al Ghoul?). This entire plot of making Gotham tear itself from the inside seems oddly familiar to what Ras wanted to do in Batman begins with Scarecrow's fear toxins.
I'm wondering if the League of Shadows might be the true menace.

Watched Jaden Smith's Karate Kid on repeat for a month straight.
Probably took some courses somewhere. Possibly studied Batman himself.
Her being able to kill her step parents was pretty silly.
Guys, I know this will sound crazy but hear this; maybe she just went to a regular martial arts/personal defense school! Unbelievable, am I right?
How is that the silly thing? Her beating the living shit out of Batman is silly, not her overpowering some middle aged suburb residents.
Not sure. I just hope they'll address it in the final episode. Not many people went toe to toe with Batman and defeated him, so I'm really curious where did she learn all of that.
Granted this is a very young Batman. Far from being the nearly uncontested martial art practitioner he came to be.
I was wondering that too, as well as how she got the money/smarts to invent all of that technology. I really, really hope Episode 5 touches upon this.
My guess is either Slade Wilson (Deathstroke), or Ra's Al Ghul.
At least when she fought Batman she had the armour and gadgets, the stepdad was bigger than her, and her step mom had a knife.
I think they got all that money out of Hill and Falcone. We know they were blackmailing them for dirt on the Waynes, so I don't doubt that they might've also asked for a couple of millions. We also see Penguin at the Skyline club in episode two, looking for valuables.
It's also implied that they have skilled hackers working with them. They managed to change Oz's official files and make his past as a thief go away so he would have a clean curriculum so he could get the position of CEO of Wayne Enterprises.
Finally, there must be people in the Children of Arkham, such as Vicki and her reporter career, who keep their involvment with the terrorist group a secret and still make profit with their normal jobs.
I was thinking the league of shadows as well. Would probably be a good idea for season 2.
Yeah, but we don't really know how Batman and Catwoman came to hone their skills in this universe either, right? I guess that's why I'm not as bothered by this question.
I also think there's a strong possibility that the parallels between Vicki and Bruce will be expanded upon in the last episode, with both following similar paths with similar methods of dealing with their childhood traumas, including how to fight for themselves-- with the only difference being how they plan to heal a city that nearly destroyed them.
Nah, she was obviously injected with some sort of serum
Come on guys. We obviously know who trained her. Morgan from TWD Show.
Technically Batman won that fight as he got the last few punches. Her electrocuting him was a sucker punch. Anyway, I'm guessing Deathstroke. In this universe it seems that Bruce trained under one master for many years instead of the usual canon of he trained under masters all over the world. The Batman and Lady Arkham fight was even for the most part.
I'm sorry, but I don't know many martial arts course that makes you better than the god damned Batman.
It has to. You can't let that slide it's way too big.
In Telltale's universe we don't know who trained Bruce exactly or even how he became so capable.
Is that so? What does Batman know that a very applied martial arts student doesn't?
Still, it's not like in a fight, the skill of the fighters is all that matters. You have to take into account the equipment both fighters had, the knowledge about the fighting style of your opponent, the enviroment that surrounds you and, of course, the random events that happen in our reality that may turn the tide of the fight.
What are Batman's armored fists versus Vicki's metal force-emitting staff and flying boots? What is Batman's (lack of) knowledge of Vicki's fighting style vs Vicki's knowledge of Batman's?
Seriously, I did not see Vicki do something the average disciplined fighter couldn't, so no I don't see that fight unrealistic at all.
It's also kinda wierd how no one questions Catwoman's fighting skills, or Penguin's, or Harvey's - all people who managed to overpower Batman in a hand to hand fight (that Batman managed to escape victorious, just as Vicki, only because of his expensive gadgets, not because of his good fighting skills).
It is implied that he has always been in Gotham in this universe.
The League of Assassins and Scarecrow are both good candidates being behind the plan of spraying Gotham with the drug.
That would be a great twist. Is Scarecrow a martial arts master ?
I originally said Deathstroke, yet it could be a good local teacher. In this series it seems that Batman only had one teacher and it was either in Gotham or near it. It might be possible that it was the same teacher as their fighting was similar and even for the most part. We haven't seen or heard anything to suggest otherwise in this series thus far. No dialogue from Bruce saying that he was out of the country and in Asia, then Africa, then, you get were I'm going with this lol.
Mr. Miyagi?
I bet Telltale won't reveal who that was.
