Me too. Seems pointless to focus on carrying over saves and tailoring your choices to make sure you get them on new consoles if they're just gonna be dead.
PS sorry about Wolf. Next year, we'll get the bastards.
This was fun. Never watched this thing all live like this. But I'm tired, need to wake up tomorrow, so bye. I think I'm too excited to sleep... tee hee.
I don't understand what he means. Are we getting two successive episodes on the same day and three episodes later on, or is Episode 1 split into two parts and we still get four episodes later on?
Can't really say it's Lee anymore as he died a long time ago, so yeah probably.
Actually, I wonder. Maybe Clementine's behavior to Javier is depending on whether or not Kenny/Jane is dead. This could be merciless Clementine that saw Jane die and shot Kenny in the head.
"Some people looked out for me too."
"What happened to them?"
"Same thing that happens to everyone."
Yeah...it sounds like Kenny/Jane are definitely dead at this point.
The way he worded it, it seems the first episode was "too big" to be one episode, so it sounds like we'd be getting 6 episodes total? That's what it sounds like to me.
Edit:
Yeah no it's only 5 episodes total. It's a fact. Telltale said it in their official release:
The first TWO of five episodes in The Walking Dead: The Telltale Series - A New Frontier will premiere digitally worldwide starting Tuesday December 20th

Really? Kevin Bruner made it sound as if they split up Episode 1 into two episodes, but not that these two are counted as different episodes… more. He also said that both are named "Ties That Bind". I think it will be a Episode 1 Part 1 and 2 deal, and still 4 Episodes afterwards.
It is all over. That heinous rap music will constantly haunt my dreams, and I probably will have flashbacks, but it's all over, and we all m… moreade it out alive....Almost. Let us have a moment of silence for our fallen brethren who could not survive the cold night.
AND HERE'S TO A NEW FRONTEIR
DA DA DAAAAA DAAA DA DA
I don't know what I'm doing at this point.
Its still 2 episodes, its like a TV show where they have a part 1 and part 2, it still counts as a whole episode even though its a part 1 of 2. If it was all just going to be one episode, he wouldnt have bothered to point out that two episodes are releasing on the same day.

Javier's family includes David (guy on porch), Mama, Uncle Hector (guy who is first attacked by Grandpa), Grandpa, Jason (little boy), and the little girl.
There's also the girl from the key art I think in it, she says "Oh my God".
Maybe Clementine's behavior to Javier is depending on whether or not Kenny/Jane is dead. This could be merciless Clementine that saw Jane die and shot Kenny in the head.
It's possible. The way she said, "Same thing that happens to everyone" in a "meh" voice kinda sounded to me like she didn't care much for those "people." But then it's just a second of dialogue I'm drawing conclusions from so I might be just overly pessimistic...

There would be no point in saying there will be "two episodes" being released that day if its not actually "episode 2" of the 5 episodes. The game still cost 25 dollars, each episode is 5, having "two episodes but count as one" would still mean that is in reality 6 episodes, meaning the game would be 30 dollars.

Hey. I am posting this here, because i wanted to know what Javier, Clementine and the rest of the people said in the trailer. I understood many lines, but there are others that I didn't. I would like to somebody help me to understand what I am missing.
Besides, I translated the spanish lines to english for those who dont know about spanish.
Javier: David! Hey, I had to leave my car. Traffic is just blocked up for miles [Not sure in here]
David: He's dead.
Javier: No. Mamá.
Mamá: Where were you?
Javier: I tried. I tried, I'm so sorry.
Mamá: He's gone, mijo. ----- Mijo = My son.
Man: You thirsty, baby? You want some juice?
Girl: Grampa's cup was empty.
Mamá: You dont have to fill his cup up anymore, baby. Grampa's sleeping.
Girl: [Could not understand anything here]
Man: ¿Rafa? ¿Cómo es esto posible? ------- Rafa? How is this possible?
David: Dad, stop.
Javier: Papá, cálmate. ------ Dad, calm down.
David: Papá, cálmate. Soy yo, David. Estás en tu casa, cálmate. ----- Dad, calm down. Its me, David. You're in your home, Calm down.
Mamá: ¿Qué estás haciendo? ----- What are you doing?
David: Él está loco. Atacó a Hector. ---- He's crazy. He attacked Hector.
Mamá: Solamente está confundido. ----- He's just confused.
Javier: Mamá.
Girl: Oh my god. Oh my god. It's okay.
David: You'll be okay, mum.
Javier: David! I did whatever I had to do to protect them.
Clementine: Sometimes, its not enough. Some people looked out for me too.
Javier: What happened to them?
Clementine: Same thing that happens to everyone.
"Some people looked out for me too."
"What happened to them?"
"Same thing that happens to everyone."

Now that we've gotten a good look at Javier do you guys have an idea on how you'll play him. I'm thinking I'll play him as a real boy scout. Good guy trying to help.
I'll play him as a brutal murderer who shoots first and asks questions later. I want the feel of a loss of humanity and how the old rules don't apply. On a side note, I'm hoping Clem gets to brutally murder and kill other survivors (obviously being a choice).

I'm not; I let Kenny kill Jane and then I shot Kenny--I put him down because of the rabid dog that he was. Obviously, your choice must be different if you feel that way.
I think she says, "No, yaya. Pipo's awake." I know "yaya" = "nana" like "grandma." I don't know if "Pipo" is a similar nickname for one's grandpa though?

Yeah, its a 5 part series, and we are getting 2 episodes which would be cutting down a month of waiting from of what we are use to.
You have to upload it to a site like Imgur first and then use the direct link.
This was fun. Never watched this thing all live like this. But I'm tired, need to wake up tomorrow, so bye.

Though she doesn't look much like Clementine.
Ep 1 is in 2 parts because it is too big
This looks INCREDIBLE!!

Its fine, Im not broken and holding back tears
I REALLY hope this is the case, but chances are very unlikely.
No, I mean that those two are episode 1 and then eps 2-5 will come as normal.
Hey, at least we had some cool metal music from Doom.

I see where TellTale is going with the new engine.
I think I spotted the woman from the cover art in the video.2:08 Family friend maybe?

Was not expecting Javier's family to be this big, I thought just brother and sister.
RIP Mama tho
It's definitely her,you can see from the earrings and necklace that she's wearing.I'm betting that she's Javier's girlfriend though.
So much for the EIGHT (not two) minute preview...
The way she said "Some people looked out for me too.. same thing that happens to everyone." makes me think that Kenny is confirmed dead.
She looks like a relative to me.
She sounded like she had an American accent.

A little interview on A New Frontier. I'm off to bed now.
One last thing though - that tweet about "twice" the things for the Game Awards probably meant 2 episodes.
Could be David's girlfriend or wife. He seemed to be Javier's older brother.

Maybe this is what Clem says this if you got the alone ending in S2?

Games not even out yet and i'm already heartbroken over what might have happened to Kenny or Jane.

Thans for replying.
So Episode 1 is split into 2 sub episodes..then 4 more episodes to follow...interesting.
Obviously. I would never abandon Kenny and ended the game at his side.
This is taken from the news post:
"Yaya" is "grandma" indeed. It's what I used to call mine.
(Record Scratch)
Yeah, that's me. You're probably wondering how I ended up in this situation.
