The first TWO of five episodes in The Walking Dead: The Telltale Series - A New Frontier will premie… morere digitally worldwide starting Tuesday December 20th on PC, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, iOS, and Android-based devices.
Telltale produced "Ties That Bind," the season premiere, and it happened to have tons of content crammed into it; a "large" episode.
Telltale realized that they can split "Ties That Bind" into two episodes; in a sense, using the work of one episode and selling it as two. This means that they receive the revenue of two episodes for creating a large one, yet Kevin presents it in a way that is good for us.
Since they are not adding a sixth episode to the season, we will have consumed two fifths of the season after we've played on December 20th, instead of consuming just one fifth. This means that the narrative will be shorter than planned before, because there will only be three remaining episodes instead of four.
When you consider that one episode is being sold as two, you realize that you are paying for four episodes—one of which is a large one—at the price of five.
Given that "Ties That Bind" will be immediately followed by "Divided We Fall," the first episode will have considerably less discussion, and forum attention will mostly go to the second episode.

The fish girl could either be a) a girlfriend/wife/just a family friend, or b) another sibling of Javier. She's too old to be one of Hector's kids, however, at least going by the age of his supposed other two kids. On the other hand, she's too young to be their mother. So my guess is that she's one of Javier's siblings.

I think "Fish girl" as you call her is most likely a wife/girlfriend to one of the brothers. She seemed to have a different accent (American I think) and was speaking english when almost everyone else was shouting in Spanish.

That makes sense, but honestly, it was just time for him to go - in my opinion - because he was really suffering from physical and mental pains. His death, for me, was poetic justice.
