The episode is not officially out yet for everyone. Sometimes, it will display a false positive as "Available Now for Download" a few days early in the Episode selection menu. Likewise, you've seen other people playing the episode due to early releases on various storefronts. Again, however, the episode is not officially out for everyone yet. It is only 5 PM Pacific Time for Telltale on Monday evening right now.

Check again at midnight EST. Which would be 1 hour, and 15 minutes from the time that I posted this comment. I'm in the Central Time Zone, so usually games that are I've pre-ordered (such as Watch Dogs 2, No Man's Sky, etc) always come out at 11pm CST/Midnight EST
Yeah, I have to go to somewhere in the morning too. I don't think it's coming tonight for us EST people, EP4 did the same thing to me and it wasn't playable until 11 or 12pm EST.
That, and there is no guarantee that they will always immediately release it at midnight. They do sometimes, but not super often. If you are staying up, I'd recommend going to sleep instead.

Unless it's already the 13th in your timezone, then I wouldn't worry about that.
It's a glitch that sometimes occurs a day or so before the episode releases.
