Give me your top 10 list of anything.
This is my top 10 worst owners from Kitchen Nightmares list. I will give a different topic list later. I want you to take a favorite theme that you like and give me a top 10 favorite moments list from it.
Every owner at the start isn't good, yet these outright had no business running a restaurant and some even gave Ramsey a major headache.
Number 10. Joe from PJ's Steakhouse. Joe isn't a bad person or a mean person, yet that doesn't mean that he shouldn't be on this list. He is number 10 due to him letting his bad chef run the place into the ground while he sat at the bar and would get drunk during service every night. Ramsey actually met Joe while Joe was sitting at the bar. Ramsey thought that he was a patron and when Ramsey found out that he was the owner, he was shocked. Imagine working hard for a owner that sat on his behind and drank alcohol. I actually have and it wasn't very fun lol. Later we learned that Joe was originally in the construction business for many years and was successful. He was on the verge of retirement, then decided that investing in a expensive restaurant would be a better idea. Apparently he wasn't a very good owner at all. Joe may have been dimwitted, yet you will see that there were far worse owners on the series.
Number 9. Keith and Lisa from Café Taviloni. There were many owners over the course of the seasons that were lazy and said that they didn't want to be there. Keith and Lisa actually chose to walk out of their restaurant many times to choose not to be there. On relaunch night, Ramsey lost his temper when he found the owners in their car eating and not in the rest delegating. Ramsey even tried to scare them by locking up the restaurant and pretending that it really was closed down. Unfortunately this tactic didn't work as the restaurant was the first one to close post episode as we learned from an update. Keith and Lisa take the number 9 spot as they took laziness to the next level and had no business running a business at all. It was no surprise that these idiots lost the place. Keith also was a bone head that threatened to use violence constantly. Maybe Keith you should have used your head more instead of your muscles.
Number 8. Moe from Oceana. I didn't place Rami on the list as he was competent, yet outnumbered by a disgusting and arrogant chef and his dimwitted brother, Moe. Moe showed regular outbursts and showed us that he had a very low intelligence by the way he acted and destroyed things within the restaurant. Moe had no business being a owner and he regularly showed it. He fired and rehired staff constantly. On relaunch night, he kept wandering into the kitchen when he should have been welcoming guests. He spent the entire night wandering the streets of New Orleans. Eventually he does come to respect Ramsey as Ramsey said that he wasn't afraid of the imposing Moe. In time Moe became friends with Ramsey, yet showed us that we must be careful who we choose as our business partners. Moe helped run the restaurant into the ground and was blind about the chef, the food, and the fact that mice and roaches were in the restaurant. Ramsey has said that Oceana was the nastiest restaurant that he'd ever seen in his entire life. This was one of the few episodes were Ramsey actually vomited in the trashcan due to the state of the food.
Number 7. Addelle from Flamangoes (later renamed The Junction). This owner was elderly and was in retirement. She had three successful businesses in the past with her husband. She sold them and was very happy. She left retirement to open up a restaurant for her daughter that was 42 and still living at home with her. In her sinile age, she threw out all of what made her past restaurants successful, opting for new techniques. None of it worked and her New Jersey restaurant looked more like a yacht club in Florida. Addelle fought tooth and nail with Ramsey on everything and she was very rude to her staff and her kind husband. She eventually came around, yet no one can forget her antics and cries for attention. She was even talking bad about him during relaunch to the customers of all people. They must have thought that she was a total idiot. She is an example that if you're elderly, don't be a restaurant owner, lol.
Number 6. John from Mama Maria's. John was a nice guy, yet the reason as to why he is number 6 is that he shocked us all by actually sending a customer to the hospital from food poisoning. The crab that the customer ate actually had toxic waste in it from decomposing. The owner acted more like an employee than he did an employer. He wasn't ever in the kitchen and yet he made the menus and bought the disgusting frozen food. Ramsey found dessert with mold on it, a shocking freezer burnt load of food, nasty rotten plant decor, and an owner that had given up. John is number 6 due to being the only owner to ever poison a customer and he's lucky that he wasn't sued and the place shut down on the spot.
Number 5. Denise from Café Hon. Denise was definitely one of the most controversial owners of the series. She was hated by the town for trademarking the word Hon, a popular saying in the town and threatening lawsuit over it. She was a very mean owner that would throw tantrums and treat her staff like children. She would 86 the entire menu when she was mad, then close the restaurant for the night. She eventually was faced with her staff and realized how mean she had been. She gave the word back to the town and turned a new leaf. Denise was an example that if you are mean to your customers, you will not stay in business.
Number 4. Abbey from Down City. Abbey was a woman that was very rude and was a tyrant, even claiming that her word was law in her restaurant. She nearly made Ramsey leave her restaurant for good when she shocked us all by cussing him out and kicking him out of her restaurant in front of customers. Her business partner, Rico, pleaded with him to stay. Ramsey was hesitant yet when he saw the tears from Rico, he agreed. Ramsey changed the awful menu that Abbey had created despite her not being a cook or a chef. Within a month after Ramsey left, she got greedy and raised the prices. In no time at all, Down City was shut down. Abbey is a very arrogant person that had no business opening up a restaurant.
Number 3. Joe from Mill Street Bistro. Joe is easily one of the worst owners that was featured on the show. The man was arrogant, he always bragged on himself to customers, he talked down to servers, he said that his restaurant was the best one in the world. Joe wanted Ramsey to tell him that his restaurant was excellent, yet Ramsey did the opposite. This didn't go well with Joe. Joe put a carrot that was half dead on Ramsey's dessert. Joe put raw onions in an onion soup. Ramsey told him that it seemed like he was doing this to anger Ramsey and yet this was really hurting his customers. Ramsey lost his temper and nearly left the Mill. Joe berated the staff on a daily basis and harassed customers also. Ramsey later became so angry with Joe that for the first ever, Ramsey kicked a owner out of his own kitchen on the show. Ramsey helped the kitchen after he threw a cloth at Joe and told him to be useful for once, get out of the kitchen, as he couldn't cook at all. Joe thought that he was an incredible chef, yet he was terrible at cooking period. Ramsey told him to stay out of the kitchen, yet a month after Ramsey left, Joe was once again the head chef. Joe's chef and a few servers quit a month after the episode. Joe was a terrible owner that terrified his staff and annoyed his customers. Thankfully, the Mill would shut down in due time.
Number 2. Darryl and Ellen from Zeke's. The Zekes owners were some of the worst owners I've seen on this show. They were awful to staff, made them feel like mice, wouldn't let the chefs work how they wanted to, they portioned food like drug packets, and in general were greedy and arrogant people. They argued that their food was incredible and defended their menus that they had made, despite having zero cooking experience. They defended their idea of “Fresh Frozen”. They served one week old lasagna and were proud of it. The owner, Darryl, would let food get cold in the window while counting the food items. What hurt me the most was that the original owner, Zeke, was a nice guy that put his heart and soul into that restaurant. Zeke passed away during the Hurricane Katrina natural disaster. Zekes was a successful restaurant and that's why the current owners bought it. They ran it into the ground by putting money over everything else and ironically, they were losing money daily as a result of it. The staff took note over their greed for money several times in the episode. The owners were bullies that gave not an ounce of respect for the staff that had spent many years there. The owners even told them to leave if they felt that way. In a way, I'm glad that Zekes had closed down. The owners seemed to only be putting on a show for Ramsey and to me they didn't seem sincere or genuine. The staff can work for better people that will appreciate them on a daily basis and Zeke's legacy will no longer be dragged through the mud.
Number 1. Amy and Sammy from Amy's Baking Company. These owners cussed out customers. They ignored Ramsey and only wanted him there to show people that they did create good food. When he said that the food was bad, they closed the restaurant the next day. This caused Ramsey to talk to them and all Amy wanted to do was go home. Ramsey walked away from the restaurant, the first and only time that he had ever walked away from a kitchen nightmare restaurant. The owners threatened and even shoved customers that said that the food wasn't good. A former waitress, Katy, said that the cops were called when the owners wouldn't let the customers leave. The owners kept the tips of the wait staff and shockingly fired over a hundred of staff within a year. Sammy even made a former busboy clean his car during service, Ramsey asked Sammy what about cross contamination ? Sammy didn't have an answer. Amy had no former cooking experience, couldn't take criticism, took an hour to cook anything, cooked terrible food and was a mean person. She fired Katey for asking a simple question. The owners were insane and were the equivalent of a real life Joker and Harley Quinn. The part that shocked even Ramsey was that the place was clean and it had the nicest walk in that he'd ever seen from any Nightmare restaurant. He loved the desserts that Amy had "baked" for him. Ramsey later found out that the desserts were imported from another bakery and that Amy lied about that even. Ramsey also later found out that Amy had a criminal record from 2001. This episode easily was the most shocking and even Ramsey has said that out of all of the restaurants that he had been in, Amy's Baking Company had been the worst and most shocking. The restaurant eventually was closed, thankfully.

Lol. Well Ramsey is a role model of mine for many years. I use some of his techniques in retail and they are successful. He seems like a good man with a good work ethic. Kitchen Nightmares is one of my favorite shows. When he is angry he says some really funny stuff. "We're stopping the line for a Elk Quasadea, Breaking News in Mexico." Lol. "How the **** are you going to criticise me when you work like a ****in pig, you ****ing pig !" "Who's restaurant is it ?" It's mine, Chef. "Then why don't you clean it you lazy ****."
Interesting! For me it's a little something like this:

My Top 10 Video Games
Honorable mention: Undertale
Never played it, but I watched a playthrough of it. Great game.
Mine would be:
FUCK! I completely forgot about Shane!!!
Anyways, what's so great you love about the Governor? He may just be my least favorite villain.
I thought he was the best actor on the show other than Rick. And he was the best developed character on the show. His own episode is one of my favourites, I hated him until I watched him lose everything.
Fair enough. I found those episodes quite boring, but if you really like the character, I could see why they would be some of your favorites.
Don't get me wrong, I can see why a lot of people hate him, but he was more to me than just the pure evil that a lot of people call him. It's just too bad that he was, to quote his final episode "Too Far Gone."
My Top 10 Telltale Games
1) Sam and Max (Season 3 might be by favourite)
2) Tales from the Borderlands
3) The Walking Dead Season 2 (wasn't a big fan of the last 2 episodes though tbh)
4) The Walking Dead Season 1 note at bottom
5) The Wolf Among Us
6) Poker Night at the Inventory
7) Minecraft: Story Mode (Is actually great in later episodes and doesn't deserve the shit it gets)
8) Poker Night at the Inventory 2
9) Game of Thrones
10) Batman
*Before anyone freaks out I used to adore TWD S1 and still kinda do, but from my years of constantly playing the game, I feel like I don't enjoy playing it as much as 2 now. I think I just played it so much that I don't find it as fun anymore (plus it feels slower now compared to S2). I do think Season 1 had the best emotional impact though and the writing is still great.
I think The Walking Dead A New Frontier will make it high on my list maybe more than the other 2, who knows? and i'm hoping Guardian's of the Galaxy makes it higher as well given I loved both the movie and comics.
I also hated Django Unchained. I thought that the plot and everything was terrible. I really like Tarintino with Pulp Fiction, Reservoir Dogs, and even Kill Bill series as they influence my writing, yet I hated this movie. I hated the ending, characters, unbelievable violence, the fact that slavery was in every scene. The stuff portrayed wasn't even historical American slavery anyway. I get hate for saying I dislike this movie. I'm called a racist and slavery supporter, lol. This is why I hate race baiting movies like this.
