Only if they want to bring her back. How many seasons can this have? Movies and games can kill characters and keep them dead easier than comics that run for decades.
Sure but as far as characters go...TellTale sorta made a great one. Now I am sure we will get Joker in S2. But I would not cross Miss Vale off the list just yet.
This game isn't canon to any Batman comics, movies or Arkham games. Telltale can do whatever they want. Trust me, there are so many things that didn't happen in any comics.

The thing is, her knowing ot not knowing Batman's identity is a really big deal. So big that I believe she'd act completely differently if she saw Batman ever again. And we know how it is with Telltale and choices actually mattering, so it'd probably be safer for Telltale if they just kept her dead.

She is dead. Deal with it.
We don't know that, though. It's pretty notable they spent some time in the last five minutes of the game talking specifically about how her body wasn't found. What is the point in doing that if she's actually dead and, I don't know, nobody stole her corpse or something for some nefarious purpose? Everyone knows not finding the body is often code for not really dead.
I'd be fine with her being dead but it's hardly guaranteed. Maybe they just wanted to leave the door open.
I just think it's enough for her. Joker should take the cake for a possible Season 2.
