More DC games
Telltale should continue to make more games from the DC universe. Superman, Flash, or even the Justice league.

Or more The Wolf Among Us.
Telltale has the perfect format for a Superman game. Not only does the QTEs work perfectly with the complaint that a Superman game would be too easy (since no one plays a Telltale game for the action), but they could focus on the journalism side and really make us have to grill people and dig around for answers. It would be very similar to the detective stuff in Batman.
Id be pretty disappointed in a Superman game. Maybe its just me personally because I hate Superman. Like how tragic, I can do everything but touch this green rock!
I've always found that criticism against Superman to be quite stupid, as well as a number of criticisms against him. Kryptonite is an insansely inconsistent weakness, its effectiveness varies on the story. It's the ultimate plot device. It's not fair to mark him as a character down on it, because in a lot of stories it's used perfectly fine. It's stupid when they make Batman able to fight him because of a little kryptonite ring. It's not stupid when they have an army of soldiers geared up in advanced alien tech with kryptonite powered weapons. It's one of those things where you blame a writer, not the character. Are you going to call a character ridiculous if they survive a herd of walkers by climbing under a dumpster? No, you're going to blame the writers.
Keep in mind Superman has survived 80 years, has had numerous live action appearances, and to this date has multiple comic storylines about him publish every month that people pay to read. If he was such a stupid/broken character, that wouldn't be the case.
I disliked Superman till I got into his comics, and that's the case with a lot of Superman fans I've talked with over the Internet. Despite his iconic status, he's a heavily misunderstood character with some rather ridiculous misconceptions about him that could be easily cleared up if people just read a good comic of his with an open mind.
It doesn't help the last five movies to feature him have been shit, so he isn't really getting the mainstream representation he should be. It's why I'd love a Telltale game for him.
I think Batman is probably the most sensible DC hero for Telltale to build a game around, so for now I'm not expecting them to touch another DC property.
I'd be up for a Superman game. Maybe challenging him on both his superhero persona as Superman and his civilian persona as a journalist. Especially now with journalism becoming less transparent and less honest. Most of you lot have not realized but the US government want to regulate all the information that gets publish and in the control of the federal government. That literally spells the end of US journalism as we know it, and those that challenges the narrative would be labeled as conspiracy theorists or traitor
Here's a video of it:
[US plans to put state-sponsored media under full federal control]
Like what was done for Batman I think this would be a good opportunity to show a different side of Superman/Clark Kent that we've never seen outside his mainstream counterpart. The New 52 version I've grown to like more then his pre -New-52 counterpart. He may be raised as an American but he really doesn't have to follow everything that the government does. For my version of Superman he should be more as an international hero. Representing the goodwill of the people of all countries rather than one
So far, DC has not done a great job with Superman, and worse they killed off the New-52 Superman. It's clear DC is not thinking anything new. So with how good the Batman series has now become Telltale should make their own spin with Superman and see how they can do it better
Taking elements from the New 52, the Daily Planet is now a much more corporate sponsored organization that focus more on advertisements, celebrity gossip, and government agenda and narrative. Clark Kent would be forced to challenge the narrative on what journalism is suppose to represent in the 21st century. This would further create conflict for him in his job as a journalist for the Daily Globe, and his relationship with Lois Lane, which in this version they are now friends as Lois doesn't know Clark is Superman. This would also create conflict involving the government officials, his boss in the Daily Globe, and Lois's father, General Sam Lane. This would also make the players decide. Should Clark Kent keep his job in the Daily Globe or quit and become a blogger. Depending on the information you do would also affect your relationship with the people you know. Ultimately you would choose to be a kind of whistle-blower if you want to
Another would be the Superman aspect. For many he represents the "Truth, Justice, and the American Way", but now that status quo doesn't matter anymore as the government that was suppose to represent the people have a different agenda. Both in domestic and foreign. That should also play into aspect on just how people view Superman. A symbol of power & destruction or a beacon of hope for all. For the US government, they see things more black-and-white and spread their agenda of American exceptionalism, which has been more on the line of US imperialism. This would also force what kind of a hero should Superman be in this kind of position. If he goes to another country and stop the conflict then what does he represent and what he should do. Use force or use diplomacy? That depends on the situation and what your position would be
This was another reason I like about New-52 Superman because in the "Superman Unchained" comic series it actually displayed that concept better, with Superman challenging the views of General Lane, and they do disagree on many issues. That should also be carried in as General Lane would be one of the antagonists of the series, along with his other metahuman army
There is alot more that Telltale can have full liberty on their choices and what kind of a Superman they can shape into, and the choices will matter on what kind of a Superman and Clark Kent the player creates. This will heavily depend on Telltale and how they will do it
