Original Title: Did you shoot the truck driver?
Did you kill the truck driver or let him go after the the accident caused by Clementine? I didn't shoot him because he did nothing to me, plus he wasn't even trying to stop, kill or hurt Javier. He just ran....

He was an ass and was taking me away from my family, and I am playing a Javi that would do ANYTHING for his family, and loves revenge, so I killed him

I shot him because he had made it clear that he wanted to hurt Javi and I knew if he got away he would go straight to his people and bring them to hunt me.

What is interesting though is how Clementine reacts. If you don't shoot him she says "I saw you let that man go. I wouldn't have." If you shoot him she says. "Well what I saw is you shoot an unarmed man." As if scolding you.
She is fighting the past. That's for sure.
No, I didn't. They were under the impression you and whoever you were with (didn't know it was your family) were bandits. Apparently from the dialogue, they had been fooled once before by people claiming innocence and ended up paying dearly for it. They treat you pretty well, all things considered, especially the truck driver.
Nope. i have this little rule of mine when i play games made by telltale where i always spare a character until they actually have their Canon death where you cant save them ((Yes that includes sparing the Jackass Conrad))
Didn't shoot him. For all he knows, Javier tried to steal his group's supplies and then smashed one of his friend's face. Why would the guy be nice to Javier? I can understand where he is coming from. And I don't know, maybe I have faith in the human race and like to think that down the road, this guy will remember that you spared his life and will do something for you. Besides, he was unarmed and he even stopped and put his hands up. There's no way I would put a man down like that. Specially not after telling Gabe "You shoot an unarmed man and you'll regret it for the rest of your life" (or something along those lines) when he's trying to shoot Conrad.
I don't think he knew his family was with him. He was fooled.
Javi tells him that his family is in the junkyard and that they need to return or they will die.
And he responds saying that if you don't shut up he will beat you. He has charm coming out of his ass.

I wouldn't kill someone unarmed unless I had good reasons.

In the truck it was clear that he was bound by whatever rules The New Frontier has in place. No matter how badly he wanted to hurt Javi, he was more scared about crossing his group and their code.
After the crash he knew that Javier had the gun so he did the logical thing and tried fleeing. Doesn't mean he wouldn't kill Javier if the roles were reversed, just shows that he knew he probably wouldn't be able to charge an armed guy and survive.
