A cute moment

So as we all know Telltale's Batman story has opened up new possibilities for who Bruce Wayne is and turns out to be. Those who are Harvey fans, who supported him throughout the episodes, probably developed a strong bond with the guy by the end.

My Bruce rejected Selina's advances and hugged her goodbye in the end-- her expression in that parting scene could be interpreted as somehow knowing about a side of Bruce nobody else has seen. That he's not the straight, rich playboy everyone always assumes him to be. Like his father, Bruce may have more hidden layers in Telltale's story.

So what do you think of this ship? Harvey might still be straight, given his fondness for Selina, but there was something off about that entire relationship (Selina says that Harvey "just wanted to fall in love so bad"... why is this? For his political image?)

    I love it. The idea that Harvey being straight to fit into status qou adds another level of symbolism to the Two Face persona, in that Harvey fabricates more of his public political persona in order to make gaining people's approval simpler, thus further building subconscious resentment in the repressed persona underneath.

    I noticed during Harvey's rampage in Selina's apartment, that it wasn't the looming threat of hurting Selina that triggered Harvey's good side in short bursts, it was the threat and actuality of harming Bruce. He is more than ready to attack Selina but smacking Bruce actually made him feel regret and caused him to recoil into himself shortly. Then he grabs a knife staring crazed at Selina, however Bruce standing in her defense is enough to make him stop in his tracks.

    Also, if Selina doesn't accompany Bruce to give him the flowers to take to Harvey, Bruce will take some on his own accord. Very cute. I also think Penguin may have some of the hots for Bruce/Batman (He calls both Bruce and Batman handsome at different points.)
