  • Good for you for not throwing all your chips in one hand. Best advice I could give someone finishing high school is to not have your options limited to the degree you're pursuing. You're already a step up on most people. Good luck.

  • Victorian Certificate of Education. It's one of the main pathways during high school (or secondary school as it's sometimes called here) in Australia. The other pathway is VCAL (Victorian Certificate of Applied Learning). As far as I know the other states in Australia have the same structure, so in Queensland it would be called QCE for instance.

  • Actually i'm more into Illustration (leaning towards graphic novels), but Graphics was something I had to do to get into my current course :)
    basically I left school but the Illustration course was full so I was gave an opportunity for a 1 year course of a lower level that gave me a better chance of getting into it next year. It was fun though!
