Hello guys and i want to apologies about my bad english before starting ...
So i need help and i really really looking forward to your help here i'm 18 years old studying Law in collage i Liked this girl from the first moment the day i got into the collage we only talked once and i'm very shy person u know i always getting afraid of getting awkward moment with girls or Reject , i'm in my second Semester now and i haven't make any thing , i had friend who kept asking me about who i like in this collage and i didn't answer her in first but after time i told her about who i like then she and without me knowing went to the girl and told her about me liking her so u guy wondering how i knew this no the friend who told her i like her didn't tell me this its my friend who we call speedy like nickname for him he told me that he knew that i like her and that she don't want this stuff in other hand when i talked to her friend he told me that she dosen't know that i like her so i really don't know what to do i really hope you understand what i'm saying so keep in mind that the culture here (Libya) is not like your countries as its muslim country so guys what i have to do

So someone told the girl that you like her but she didn't believe it?

It's hard for us to answer, because there are cultural differences that matter. What I would do is:
Go to girl.
Say, "My friend says he told you that I like you. Is that true?"
Girl may say Yes or No, but either way, next say "Well, I do like you, and I would like to get to know you a little better. Would you like to meet up some time?"
If she says Yes to that, suggest some place to go and talk.
If she says No, then say you are sorry for bothering her, and that you will tell your friend not to bother her anymore, either. Then go home and feel rotten, but really the same as you would have been if you never talked to her at all.
