Soundwasteland is the name that I chose for my band when I was 16. I write and record music and post it free of charge on Soundcloud. Most people think that it is a spin off of Soundgarden, yet it's not.
When I was 16 I was far different than I am now. I was as quiet as a mouse and when women would approach me, I'd freak out and make an excuse and then I'd run away. I found that music is attractive to women and that's actually why Jimi Hendrix and David Bowie got heavy into music.
Another reason was that I was very anti social and found out that music was a great release form for emotions of all kinds. I would spend hours writing and recording music. My band started as a metal band yet it quickly changed to Alternative Rock a few months later.
I released my debut album a few years ago and by next year I'll have the next one out. I'm waiting until the timing is right. On the first album due to money restraints I had to use my phone to record and I used a guitar only. I got a new laptop now so I can record a drum machine and I plan on buying a bass guitar to teach myself how to play it like I did the guitar. I'm happy that I found Soundcloud because I refuse to play in public at gigs. I don't want any money for this at all.
I was at a concert recently to see one of my all time favorite bands, Dinosaur Jr, and a few photographers recognized me and asked if they could take pictures of me for Facebook. I was shocked when they said that they were huge fans of my band and this one chick took many pictures of me and kept 98% of them as only two pictures of me were on Facebook lol.
If I could change it, it'd probably be to 'strqrow'. Team STRQ (from RWBY), and Qrow is a member of this team which the Q stands for, so I just added the 'row' to the end of strq STRQ pronouced Stark and Qrow pronounced like Crow. This is the handle I use for most things!
I just combined my favorite villain (Handsome Jack) and my favorite's video game character of all time (Lee Everett) and BOOM! Handsome Lee. And he's really handsome so... Why not?
Mine is a tribute to a musician friend that died. Before he passed he gave me a disk with an CD cover he had someone draw up because he could not access the image. I could not open it either. Years after he passed and my computer skills advanced, I was able to open the image. It said Sacrificial Influence across the image. I still release music in his memory.

Basically, my brother has gotten an Xbox 360 in 2008 and we knew nothing of gamertags or shit like that... my brother's name is Joni and we put that as gamer tag and Xbox was like "it's taken, here's other names you could take" one of the suggestions was ZillionJoni... basically, I got an Xbox in 2009 and named my gamertag ZillionJape.... and that's the long story. My brother hasn't even played since like 2010 and the Zillion name more or less is now my name now, pretty much everywhere... here, PSN. Twitter, Reddit, Twitch, YouTube, etc.

Poptart and Little Bit were childhood nicknames. Poptart stuck as a gamer tag.
My username was based off the "Spoderman" meme a while back, then I shortened it to "Spodes" and I've used it ever since.
