If I posted what these guilty pleasures of mine are, every government in the world would want me extradited to face war crime charges.

In seriousness, I actually like to research morbid and macabre things (e.g. methods of torture and criminal punishment throughout history, wars and conflicts, murders - especially cold cases, etc). Additionally, nearly everything I watch, read or play isn't complete without some grittiness, gore, sorrow, angst and a healthy dose of cynicism.

Yeah, that's me as well. I had a fucking field day when we talked about medieval execution/torture methods in Year 8.

    Oh, how lovely.

Yes, I remember talking about that at my school during our unit on the Middle Ages in humanities. Where most others were disgusted, I was engrossed.

I do not know why, but how people end and the causes thereof has always been an interest of mine. Perhaps because I often think about and wonder how I shall die?

Cheers. If being interested in the myriad of ways a person ends can make an interesting fellow, as opposed to a potential serial killer, then yay!

    Jokes aside, thanks.

  • Nah, Mercs are weak especially if you call Mercenaries against a high level player and I only do air strikes on the guy if he is AFK.

Other than that, I just let the players have at him.

  • Hey there Mari! I find the forums to be way too political and boring nowadays. I saw a fun thread, I commented. I still log in here and scroll past a few threads every few days or so, if only out of instinct, I just don't feel the motivation to post.

  • Yeah, there was not a long ago a thread about how different the forums are..

  • Yeah they've definitely changed quite noticeably, which just kinda made me slowly drift away from them. I just come back because of the good times I've had here. That and because my brain automatically defaults to this page when it's in a state of boredom.
