Choices do not matter in any Telltale Games

It does not matter what choice you make, the outcome at the end of the series is not going to change.
The reality is that the outcome of every single game is going to be the same. Every decision you make is going to lead you to the same end result.
Example: They are making a season 2 to the Game of Thrones series. There is no way in hell they are going to script and record the parts of two main protagonists if you could only use one per playthrough. Both Asher and Rodrik would have to die because either way all of us are going to end up in the same place at the end of episode 6.
It is an illusion of choice.

In other news: The sky is blue, clocks tell time, dogs bark, and Jim Carrey no longer has a career.
Just now pickin' up on that, huh?
I'm sorry, but I can't help but laugh at this guy's name.
Eh, tales from the borderlands had a decent impact on the choices.
What? Wouldn't you fuck a bull if you could?
I'd say Game of Thrones does too. I mean, Asher and Rodrik are the biggest examples of that. Not to mention if you say the wrong shit, a character will actually die in Season 1 Episode 6 instead of just getting the same outcome.
No. But if I did, I would most likely either die or end up in a hospital.
As a more serious comment:
This is not true. Dialogue AND side characters will be completely different in Episode 6 of Game of Thrones depending on who you chose. In Episode 1 whoever you choose to be your Sentinel not only affects the rest of the series and choices, but also who comes and saves Asher/Rodrik in Episode 6. Not to mention in Episode 5 depending on who you let stay behind, most of the course of Episode 6 completely changes. Plus, Asher/Rodrik are still alive in the end, meaning those characters will have roles in Episode 7/Season 2 E1. There's a lot of major changes, and choices do matter in that series.
However, in The Walking Dead, The Wolf Among Us and Minecraft: Story Mode, choices absolutely don't matter. But you don't play those games for the choices. You play them for the narrative and the characters, just like any other Telltale game.
True.
I agree with what you said. Also the fact that Asher and Rodrik are playable characters doesn't mean that they will die right away.
Yeah I felt that the choices in Game of Thrones and Tales from the Borderlands were better then TWD,,TWAU, and MCSM.
To be fair though the choices matter but not to a high degree (though it should).
Wondering if linking a GWAR song would be inappropriate here. It's totally relevant to the OP's name.
And water is wet. Move on
Yeah, yeah. This is a nice discovery and all, but I've got something that can top this.
Did you know...
...that Bonnie can die in No Going Back?!
We have been through this in Season 1. Illusion of choice. They're nit changing it anytime soon.
Sometimes it doesn't(mostly) and sometimes they do (kinda). It's just something you're gonna have to willingly accept to enjoy these games.
Bonnie will ice if you don't die the break.
Choices do not matter in telltale, but you matter person reading this comment......you matter a lot
The choices may not matter, but I'll tell you what does matter...what's going on inside your heart and mind when you play a Telltale game.
All these games merely do was offer you the illusion of choice. It's not like the real world, where you do not know the effect of your actions, nor are predestined to go a certain way.
No, I do not believe in predestination. I don't believe that course of our live have already been preordained.
I believe that every human being is ultimately in control of their life, and the outcome of it.
No we cannot control everything that happens to us, or control the actions of others; like when people take advantage of us.
The way that our lives are completely in our control, is how we choose to act, and react to things. A person's actions, not their words, is what makes and define who they are.
What about Game of Thrones? (Kinda)
