Never received S&M Season 2 DVD

Hey guys, my account said that Sam & Max Season 2 shipped August 6th of last year, and had a shipping number. I remember trying to track it for about a week and the usps site never showing it as registered, school started and I forgot about it. Just today I was going over my past orders and noticed it was there, and that I still haven't received it. Is there any way to tell what happened?
Is there a way to get it reshipped?

    Please complain faster, the moment you feel the package has been lost. It's easier for us to hound tracking information closer to the ship date.
