They recruit moderators by seeing who can assassinate 3 people in Chicago the fastest with a rubber duck, and the 2 losers are killed by giant cats. Probably Telltale's biggest secret really.
There's a secret button at the bottom of the main Community page labeled "Show All Games." When you press it, you can access secret forums about secret games that Telltale is hiding.
