Every Zelda game up to Wind Waker (especially OoT, MM and WW) is nostalgia for me. Every Tomb Raider on PS1, and also Resident Evil: Nemesis. Old School Runescape is pretty nostalgic as well.
Definitely Twilight Princess and Silent Hill 2
Pokemon FireRed. It was one of my first games ever and my third Pokemon game after Crystal and Emerald. I still play it today once in a while.
Tony Hawk Pro Skater is probably the most nostalgic game for me a game that still holds up so many years later and I still hum Superman every once in a while to this day.
Jade empire is another game I can go back to every few years just something about that game hits me in all the right places.
Monster Rancher, Mega Man Legends and Pokemon Yellow are up there as well
It's weird to me that 360, PS3, wii era is starting to become nostalgia now that feeling of getting old is strong.
Serious Sam: The Second Encounter. I've played this game so much with my dad, also it was my first FPS game ever!
On a sidenote, my dad looks a lot like Sam on this cover, lol
Far Cry 2. Man, I remember playing that game so much when I was little. I love that game.
Its gotta be the early Crash Bandicoots series for me.
Pokémon Gen 3 and 4 and Super Mario Galaxy. Though I'd love to play the new Pokémon Gen too at some point (I liked Gen 6).

Probably Lego Racers 1 and 2, among a lot of random stuff.
Why can't they make a third one, they're already making so many Lego games.
Super Mario 64 and Super Smash Brothers 64. Both of those games were my entire childhood.
