I loved ME 1&2. But I'm not looking forward to Andromeda at all. Its probably going to be a reboot of the original ME games. Because thats what AAA video game publishers do these days. Rehash and resell. You have to look indie for something different.
I have a feeling like ME2/ME3 here will be DLC squadmates in the future in Mass Effect Andromeda.I don't think there will be just 6 squadmates in the game alone
Confirmed! One of every 10 choices femryder makes will not have an agreeable option and guyryder will randomly be incapable of completing more than one objective at a time and forget sidequests.
Look at this from Game Informer where Bioware and EA said Selecting Commander Shepard's Gender In Mass Effect Andromeda Will Affect The Story.Interesting Selecting Commander Shepard's Gender In Mass Effect Andromeda
I liked all the hate on the official Mass Effect videos. People need to get over it. It will be just like Inquisition, were it appears the majority of fans dislike it, but yet that game was Bioware's most successful release.
You know it will happen again, get over it. Don't like it, don't buy it. This won't be a case where you'll be able to look back and say "I told you so". Save your energy.
That said, I like the idea of loadout sets, but not the idea of "class" being a part of that. At least not all classes. I know that choosing a tech based class while having built your character as a biotic is to your detriment, but why have the option(to do so with complete freedom)?
I would like it more if they took the idea from the previous series where the multi-class choices never let you have everything. You had to leave one out. If they took that, and let you focus on one of those available choices with this new idea, it could be better in my opinion. If you chose Vanguard(a class mix of Adept and Soldier) as a base class and then had a Vanguard loadout, an Adept focused loadout and a Soldier focused loadout, it might make more sense. I'm okay with it, there's nothing that says you HAVE to change your loadout like this.
The favourites system is really cool! Gives you a good way to prepare for any given situation. I also noticed that Cora had Biotic Charge. I don't think a squadmate in ME has ever been able to use that ability.
I highly doubt that. Bioware didn't do it for DAI, saying you shouldn't have to pay extra money for something that should already be in the game or something.

He's not one of their major game personalities. I got the feeling it was a situation of "Oh shit! We have a chance at an interview! Who's available?!?". Otherwise, I have no idea why he's doing it.

Something about Scott's face just feels...off to me? They've improved Sara's a lot but there's something strange about his that I can't shake..feel it's something to do with the nose/eyes?

Have no clue whether I should play a male or a female character, I know its not a big part of the game, but as a male myself, I would really hate to be unable to romance one of the females if they are a really nice character, such as Tali in ME2 and 3, but on the other hand, playing as a female would be really interesting from a roleplay perspective, since I wouldnt just be making the choices as "Myself" like I did with Male Shepard
As a female, it was so cool to have the choice to be Femshep. I tried to play as maleshep in one playthru...but I did not like the voice actor...maybe I had just grown too accustomed to her voice.

I don't know about that. They're biologically compatible with everyone but I think some must have preferences. Look at Aria in the Omega DLC. Depending on your choices she can kiss you in the end but has different reactions based on your gender. She does something like a "gross" gesture if you're male.
Well we dont really known how long a prohean can live so its pretty much up for debate if he s dead or not. Since Javik s DLC he probably wont even get mentioned in Andromeda .
So with Andromeda taking place 600 years after mass effect, how many people would still be alive
* this list in in no particular order
… more
*Shepherd: dead, he can't live for 600 years even if he survived the battle for earth in ME3
* Garrus: dead, he can't live for 600 years
* Tail: dead, can't live for 600 years or dies in ME2/3
* Liara: Alive, Asari can live for about 1000 years and Liara was in her mid 150's during ME3
* Ashley: dead, either died in ME1/3 or died of age
* Kaiden: dead, either died in ME1/3 or died of age
* Wrex: dead, either died in ME1 or died of age
* Zaeed: dead, either died in ME2 or died of age
* Legion: dead, dies in ME2/3
* Samara: dead, either she dies of old age or dies in ME2/3 (she states during her loyalty mission she is 600 years old)
* Mordin: dead either dies of old age or dies in ME2/3
* Miranda: dead, either dies in ME2/3 or dies of age
* Jacob: dead, dies in ME2 or dies of age

Well that is in keeping with Asari tastes...even in vanilla ME3 when you talk to the report she tells you that focus testing showed that female reporters were viewed more favorably on Thessia . They do have female forms. Of course...it does come down to the individuals....they are a long lived species...they may try many different species.

From a developer himself.
YAY, ASARI ROMANCE IS BACK!
Natalie Dormer is so damn lovable. I just grin like an idiot whenever she speaks. XD

I hope the character she plays is romancable

Dr. Lexi T'Perro...hmm...
T'Perro is an anagram of Porter, which means that it would make her full name as...
...Oh, crap! Lexi Porter is in this game! Abandon ship!
Niice!

So these goofs scored a real interview for once?
A few days removed from their shitting all over their partnership with Loot Crate in a video.

"The Asari? So that's a race, I know that."
She is sorta frisky that one.
Natalie Dormer comes from my home town! I have the same regional accent as her
It's just vocal minorities being vocal minorities

Well...my computer can run games like Tomb Raider and The Witcher 3....maybe will wait til the game is cheaper.
Uh I wonder if PeeBee will be romancable between both Male Ryder and Fem Ryder?I hope she is cause I like her and Cora.

This makes me so happy!
Oh, I hope so. I know so little about her but I just know that she's gonna be my favorite.
Christine Lakin already makes her awesome!
As a female, it was so cool to have the choice to be Femshep. I tried to play as maleshep in one playthru...but I did not like the voice actor...maybe I had just grown too accustomed to her voice.
She definitely will be, all Asari seem to be pansexual
I found playing as a female (being a male) much more engrossing because it's easier to roleplay. My male shepards always tend to be boring

Well depending on your choices Javik can imply that he's going to commit suicide after the final battle...
Nah there will most likely be atleast one DLC squadmate they did it in ME2 and ME3 ((Zaaed, Kasumi, Javik)) So there will probably be a DLC squadmate.
Well they also did it in DAO and DA2 but not DAI.
