Freaking fantastic! I must clarify however to go in with an open mind. It's Telltale's own adaptation so they make some pretty big changes to certain characters. I've seen some stuck in the past comic fans complain about the changes, but I promise you the changes are really interesting.
Another thing, I'd recommend you not play it on previous gen consoles like PS3 and Xbox 360. I had no problems but apparently it's very buggy on those versions.
The first three episodes are great, but the series goes downhill after that.
Joker and Robin are dating, Riddler wears pink and The Penguin is now an elephant -> interesting changes 0o
(I didn't play the game, but I'd really like to know those changes now xd)

Its fantastic, if you can get used to the massive changes to the usual canon, and the slower pacing in comparison to other series, its a worthy entry into the Batman mythos.

I had mixed feelings. Telltale has made much better.
In terms of story, yes I would 100% recommend it, even though episode 4 was a really big dip downward.
It depends what you are playing on though. For example, do NOT buy this on Xbox 306 or PS3, it just wont run.
Game is freaking amazing and if you're value a quality game and have at least some interest in Batman universe, it's a crime to skip this game.
Just finished it today. I did have some minor ocassional stattering issues, but they were rare and didn't bother me much.
Yes, it's amazing! Definitely one of my TOP 3 Telltale games. Though as others said, a lot of people had technical issues. So since you're playing on PC and the first episode is free on Steam, maybe try that first and see how it works?
If you like choppy games, plot holes and boredom, this game is for you.
But, but... you can have a sexy time with Catwoman! What more do you need? Instant Game of The Year!
It's decent. Not my favorite Telltale game, but worth at least one playthrough.
One of most disappointing moments in TTG history. They start to kiss, she shows some bra and they go to other room. Bye kids, watch some Spongebob. Next scene - a pair in bed. She's dressed. Nothing really happened. Bull!
Nerissa deserved a reward for her pole dance, not those clowns.
Of course there won't be a bed scene like in Bioware RPGs, but it's suggested that Batman definitely had unpacked that ass, so I don't complain.
Kinda of just a middle of the road Telltale game it's not their best work but it's not an insult to the character or anything.

I played the first episode cuz it was free. My reaction was meh. It didn't take batman anywhere it hasn't already been one million times.
A fantastic Game! I'd totally recommend it to anyone. Telltale did a really good job of making they're own unique batman series.

Definitely good game. The graphics are really nice, however the story is linear. In overall, I like it!
In my opinion, it's been so slow and lagging and I don't care for the story whatsoever. If you're really into Batman, maybe it'll be worth it, but I'm not sure that I will continue playing.
It's good, but not as great as Walking Dead Season 1 and Wolf among us. I really like the first three episodes but I think the story lost a bit of direction in the last two episodes.

If you're expecting a brilliant telltale game such as the wolf among us and walking dead s1 or borderlands then this isn't it. However, it is definitely worth a playthrough!

Its pretty lackluster imho, basically like every Telltale game (apart from Borderlands) since TWAU S1 ended.
They are just milking their formula and its just the same shit every time without any innovation or real effort put into it. The characters in Batman were boring, the story was uninspired and predictable and the choices were a complete joke.
The VA's weren't very good either

It is pretty predictable, and I felt like the choices I made didn't care that much weight, but that is becoming the the same old song and dance with Telltale. They should make their games like they did with the Witcher and how the choices you make changes the story COMPLETELY and has a completely different atmosphere. This game, when you make a choice, branches slightly, then goes back to its linear path which is the same format with all there games and people are starting to pick that up. You are better off playing older Telltale games like TWAU, or TWD.
If your a fan of Batman year one then I would recommend this game, Its a very unique story line which is good because its not the same old Batman fights his common villains, everything goes crazy scenario.
It's pretty good, I definitely recommend playing it.
