Collector DVD after single episodes

I have ordered the entire season of Sam and Max: Season 2 separately and would like to get my DVD shipped with my Monkey Island merchandise. I've tried entering all of my order numbers and none of them bring up the DVD as free, but as $21.95. I was just wondering how to get that to work. Thank you.

    I have got the exact same problem! I already wrote a mail but did not receive an answer, I guess its due to my bad email host. Anyways it would be nice if someone could fix our problem fast! I wanna get that free shipping thingy.

    As I said I somehow don't receive any mails from you! My spam folder is empty. Its like they get lost or something... I have had those problems a couple of times. Last time while preordering Monkey Island and not getting the key for a free game!
    Anyways. Could you send me the message via PM please otherwise I can't get it.

    I tried to use the code (Format XXX-XXX-XXX) and it has no effect on the Strong Bad Season DVD. I don't even get an error-message it just does nothing.

    Tried it with Firefox and Internet Explorer.

    I also sent an e-mail on this (issue 28345), though maybe I just need to wait another day for a response (was hoping for one on Monday, since I sent it late Friday, IIRC). I also wanted the DVD (Wallace & Gromit) shipped with my current order for some other stuff, I'm not sure if there's a way to automate that. Just posting here to make sure.

    So you don't get the notifications from the Forum either?
    Have you tried (re-)adding your E-Mail address with the Change E-Mail Option on the settings page?

    What about if you have S&M Season 1 as single episodes, except Abe Lincoln must die, since it cannot really be bought?

    Yeah, it appears it got a little crowded with the pre-orders of season 3 and ToMI DVD and issues surrounding that.

    I already replied to the Telltale-email that included the code but no change until now.
    The code seems to be valid. At least I don't get any error-message (saying that this code is wrong or not useable for that order) but it has no effect at all.
