Customer Service and Support SUCKS
My 10 year old son saved up money he earned to buy this game and hasn't been able to play it at all. 30 seconds into the game it crashes every single time. We are on windows 10 and ran the support tool, sent it to the support email 4 times and have not heard anything from anyone at telltale.No help at all.

and we contacted support on March 31 stand here it is April 10 still no answers

I hope you know that this is a 17+ game and has very mature content.
Anyways, listing your system specifications will help.
You certain about that ? Could you list them ?
It might very well be the cause of the crashes.
Unfortunately, Telltale's customer service is one of the worst in the game industry.
I wrote to them in february about my problem with The Walking Dead save migration. They responded after a month with something like "Could you please confirm what your Playstation account name is?"
So I confirmed.
I'm still waiting for response.
Your PC or your son's PC probably isn't good enough to run the game. You don't even seem to know what "Specs" means since you said "Yes, I did" as if you were referring to something you yourself specifically did, not whether or not your PC meets the minimum specs.
I hope telltale improves their customer service department. I contacted them 3 months ago on a problem and did not get a response. I had to contact them a 2nd time for a different issue and add my previous issue for them to barely assist with the problem.
