Yes, they are and this is a BAD thing. Do you think all these projects don't affect them? The glassdoor reviews (which were made by employees working at Telltale) showed us that writers keep getting pushed to different projects with no notice beforehand and communication is really bad.

That is concept art and is unrelated to any episode 5 announcements, episode 5 will have its own key art closer to release which won't be the 16th.
