In all honesty, I wouldn't be surprised if we get a similar situation to what happened in Season 1 with the walker in the attic where Lee helps Kenny. Only now it would be Clem helping Gabe. If this is what happens, it will be the most heartbreaking moment in the series since the death of Lee.
