I already sent an email and I got a confirmation that issue 29011 was assigned to my case.
But I didn't get any answer till today, 5 days after the email was sent

    Weekend and a lot of cases.

    ToMI is quite popular. As is Sam&Max. So the issues pile up about Season 3 and the DVD.
