Fair enough, as bland as I think Javi is. Part of you feeling that he's important to the central plot is probably because he has agency and isn't just being kicked around from place to place on the whim of other less-competent adults like what was custom with S2.
At least that's what I'm postulating. Anyway, thanks for clearing the air. It is good to gain some different perspectives on things even if I may not agree.
Nothing specifically that I feel was done better I just feel more interested and invested in this story. I will say that with this season I … moreactually feel like I'm (Javi) part of the story. Let me explain, I loved season 2 but I have to admit that I (Clem) didn't feel important to the plot. It felt like it was the Cabin's group story and I was just tagging along until episode 4. That may have been intentional though. Looking at ANF it feels like Javi is important, that he's part of the struggle, that might be because of David's role in the story making it more personal.
Like I said I don't have anything specific to add. I just care more about the characters in this season and I'm more invested in the season.
Well the hype very quickly dies down when you see hate comment after hate comment. I'm not even kidding when I say that whenever I even consider posting something positive I have second thoughts because I worry that I'm gonna get ambushed by people who hate the game. I imagine others feel this way too.
Sorry, but just no. I understand that you like A New Frontier, and that's great. It's not like I begrudge you your enjoyment, it's good for you that you like the game, really. But you can't tell me that you honestly think it's the best TWD story ever written. At this point, it just seems to me like you say that to spread positivity that you yourself don't even believe in. Again, good on you for liking the game and trying to spread positivity. But that comment really seems forced to me.

You're actually saying good for me while at the same time saying that I'm just saying it without meaning it? I'll admit I was attempting to spread a little positivity (which clearly didn't work) but I honestly feel this way. imo S1 is really overrated and not as good as people say it is, it's good don't get me wrong but it's not that good. If we're counting all Walking Dead stories and not just the games, I should clarify that I haven't actually read the comics.

It's cause after Episode 4, which, mostly everyone can agree was at least better than episode 1 and 2, everyone was still on that euphoric hype train of "Yes a decent episode!" but then, during the wait, they have time to think about all the stuff they didn't like about the episode, and then they start looking at it as a full package and start comparing it to the previous seasons. They basically then get bummed out and angry that the new season isn't as good as the last two. At least, that's my theory. There will probably be that feeling of good vibes once Episode 5 comes out for a little while, then everyone will be able to give their overall thoughts on the entire season.
True. I actually enjoyed this game a bit when I first played it. I then started read through comments and criticisms pertaining to the screw ups and just lost my contentment with this game. I'm actually glad of this because I'd hate to be one of those malleable sheep that has the propensity to just overlook everything and straight up love something without looking at it from a third eye. Ignorance isn't always bliss, I guess.

No, I'm saying that it's good that you like ANF, but that's different from saying that it's better than any other TWD story ever created. And while I agree that Season 1 is very overrated, it's still better than ANF to me. It's not even a competition to be honest.
I should clarify that I haven't actually read the comics.
tbf, they're almost as overrated as Season 1 of the game. The comics used to be great, and the old issues are on par with the game for sure, but now they're just shit. Kirkman ran out of good ideas years ago, it gets more and more ridiculous with every issue. The TV show is mostly mediocre, but I still enjoy the better Seasons more than ANF.
In the end, tastes are just different, so let's agree to disagree.

hey you guys the name of the video of the trailer it says **season finale ** not series finale so they might just keep going on with the storie now thers a bigger chance of seeing clem alive
So... no Slaughterhouse. That's not the scene we need, it's the scene we deserve. Too bad it got cut out, much like the rest of the interesting ideas.

This season would have been a masterpiece if Gabe was never created in the first place. Let's not forget that, before the rewrittings, Gabe didn't exist.
Outside this forum, there's Twitter where obviously people tease one another, but this is kinda what's Twitter all about. Other than that th… moreere's Facebook where TT isn't that popular - about 2 thousand views on their latest video, which is nothing compared to 2013/14 Youtube or tumblr.
The majority of fans are here, and they keep finding their way to reach these forums, so the number is constantly growing (I see new usernames almost every day). it's fair to say that TT forums represent the huge amount of players and if TT says there are not they are blatantly lying to themselves, as they did when ANF received tons of hate and they basically told us off.

Now now it can still be the ranch AJ is hold up in. Might not have any walkers in it, could still possibly have walkers in it... For defence incase anybody broke in. Pls slaughter house...

May God have mercy
The train stopped, it wasn't enough steam to keep it going.

That's too bad because each person is entitled to their opinions.
Some people might hate the game, but I think they shouldn't force you to agree with them.

Is that real?

Yes
It is. You can trigger it in Episode 3, during the scene where you try to find a way into the warehouse.
woah it does look like it

Btw wolf among us finale was called 'season finale' as well
drops mic
Holy crap. Wow.
...I don't see anything.
And where did you hear this, oh salty one?
From Jesus.
I agree. I remember I was trying to find a place to talk about the walking dead and I came here. The perfect place to do so.
I don't even know what I can say to that.
There will be another season/dlc/extra content.
Oh my god, I hope so! XD
sorry if this is annoying because i know what happened, but will javi (and any other survivors) be included? or did their story end?
No the next installment follows a totally new protagonist for the newcomers.
Auvengardt!
god, i cannot wait!!!!
God bless the person who included this.
I've also heard the zombie apocalypse plot will be bypassed so the newcomers won't be too confused where zombies are coming from.
Good Easter Egg. Damn fine Easter Egg.
What a great idea! Why didn't they think of this earlier?
Probably would've made ANF better.
I hope everyone knows that their being sarcastic.

I tried to trigger it in my playthrough but idk how.
Of course.
