That's usually the kind of thing that Telltale staff would not know in advance. Last minute delays are not ideal for Telltale, and usually related to something that came up that they did not earlier expect I would assume.

Unfortunately, the best solution is to just keep this thread bookmarked and avoid peeking out at the general TWD forums. Fortunately, the Telltale Talk forum is above TWD, so you don't have to completely avoid the forums altogether as long as you don't scroll down to TWD.

Oh, cause for xbox atleast you can switch your console region to Australia and it'll let you download the episodes one day sooner, I don't know if PC would have anything like that, I wouldn't think so anyway.

In some cases, YouTube Let's Players get press codes a few days early. In other cases, the episode has simply released early in certain regions/platforms, such as PSN Australia players if I recall correctly.
In the case of most people, assume that the episode comes out tomorrow (Telltale is based in California in the Pacific Timezone; at the time of this post, it is 1 PM for Telltale).
The Episode should not be out for most people. If you are watching early footage, chances are they are playing the episode from PSN Australia or you are watching a Let's Player who was given a press copy in advance.

If on Steam, it releases at the same time for everyone (6PM BST on Tues [UK time] - check what that is in your timezone).
