I made some small adjustments to the heights which i put in my original post, hopefully it is slightly more accurate but i did have difficulties finding screenshots where the characters where standing on flat ground to get an accurate perspective of height.
I made a updated pic with most of the characters heights and hopefully i worked it out correctly as it was a slow process of comparing model… more heights and some of them appeared taller that they should be (Sarah appeared the same height as Luke), I couldn't add Kenny, Walter and Matthew as i don't have access to their models.

The updated adjustment looks more accurate. Thanks for uploading it @OzzyUK! I love seeing comparisons like this, as it puts the characters into a clearer perspective.
So Nick is the tallest out of the Season Two cast, with Alvin, Luke and Carlos following behind.

I was the tallest guy in my class. I'm no giant but it was a small class, like 30 students. Now my former classmates are closer to my height but there was a time where I was a head taller than almost everyone. Frankly, I looked more like Ben than I'd like to admit .
There is a website where you can look at the 3D models but i don't know if i can post a link to it, i googled "character models" and it was … morethe first website to show up.
I did this one quickly as i am busy at the moment but the height difference looks wrong, i might try and make a better one later

When i posted my comment that new pic wasn't up.
Thinking about how much her growth's been stunted kinda sucks. Parents in mind, she didn't look like she had the genes to be that tall anyway.
Her mum looked about average, but her dad looked like a pretty big dude.
Or maybe, when the 'stache turned into the hobo beard, the sheer power of his facial hair made him taller and stronger.
