Can't update profile pic
My email is the same as the one in gavatar, and I have done everything. But when I click on my picture in my profile (telltale) It does nothing and just shows the sides to be red. I have waited a couple minutes and still, nothing. I want to change out of this ugly avatar profile picture (tales from monkey island) please help.

Have you selected the gravatar pic option when you customize your profile picture?
Yeah. I clicked on it then the picture then the sides just went red. That's it ;(
I'm not sure what u mean by the sides are red.. do you have a screenshot?
I remember having trouble while changing my avatar. There's a video explaining step-by-step how to do it. That's how I did it, anyway.
Tried that before, didn't work.
That's odd, maybe you should ask the support or a mod to help you out.

There's a support section next to the Telltale logo. If you want to talk to a mod, you can just @ him/her or just wait for one of them to read this.
Can you at least tell me how you updated your profile picture?
On the Gravatar website, you add or modify your image in step one. In step 2, you make sure you have that image selected. That same picture should then appear in the very top right beside your account name. If it appears there, you have done the Gravatar portion correctly.
Then in Setting on Telltale.com, in the category list of tiny images, under change your avatar, select that image on the far right.
That image should be there to select. Then click the larger image below it. Then wait 10 or so minutes for it to update on the site.
That's all I did, and like I said, once I clicked onto my picture then it had red sides on the very edges of the picture. Then I waited a couple mins. Nothing. Left over night, nothing. Left with the red sides, nothing.
Very strange. That's all we do. Have you tried changing it to another one of the stock photos? Does that work? If it does, try that and then try changing it to your own after?
If you've done that already, then I'm out of ideas.
Do you have a steam account? If so, connect your steam account to your telltale profile (my account -> settings) and then you'll be able to change your forum avatar to your steam profile's avatar. You can change your steam avatar later and your avatar on the forums won't be affected.
