What do you do in...

Here's a little thing i will do every Tuesday, what do you guys during a thunderstorm? I turn out all light's and unplug all electric things around me.

Give me ideas for next Tuesday/Thursday!

(I decided too do it early since a new TTG come's Tuesday and i will be playing it, as you guys may know the game, im not saying in Telltale Talk. You can go too the #MCSM community for it. Thank you!)

  • I like to watch the lightning.
    It's positively electrifying...

But to be honest, this is a pretty random thread... '_'

I mostly just go on my phone and hope that it's well charged enough for me to play on some apps until the storm passes. That, or I just kinda get lost in thought.

Fortunately, I don't really have that problem to where storms frequently make me lose power for an extended time.

  • I tend to watch some recorded shows on my TV since satellite goes out or play Xbox. If I feel like it I'll watch the storm outside.

Mods here? Never seen a mod in one of my posts. (Except OzzyUK) nice

  • I like to take bubble baths, drink and read a good book, then sleep.

  • I watch the outside storm for a bit, then I just move on to whatever I was doing.
I don't live somewhere where the power gets knocked out easily, doesn't happen too often. Sometimes I do switch on the 3DS incase it does, but I'm mostly fine.

  • I like to turn off all the lights then walk slowly through my house with a torch pretending i'm in a horror film.

  • For a normal electrical storm, any plugged-in computer has to be shut down, and we have power bars that can switch off, which effectively disconnect them. There's a laptop that can stay on, but it has to disconnect if plugged in. Anything charging a battery needs to stop. I leave the Internet router plugged in, and it's been fine so far. If it ever gets fried, it's not too expensive to throw it out and buy a new one.

For a really bad storm (which might contain tornadoes), it's time to head to the basement.

Otherwise, I'm old enough that storms are no longer magic to me, so I guess you should savor them while you're young.
