Cannot login into my TTG-Account from my Xbox One

Hi there,
thing is that i can login from the website via any device without problems.

It was working for years now, but since i reseted my password, after accidentaly loging off my Account and not remembering the correct password, it keeps telling me my password is wrong.

Ive tried several new passwords without special letters etc. but no luck. MS Account is linked too.

Hopefully someone can help me here.

    Are you logging in with your username
    Or email address? The forum recently changed so only a email address will work for the login so the same could apply to the game too.

    thanks for the quick answer.

    yes iam using my e-mail adress for logging in. I wanted to play 'The New Frontier' so it only lets me type in the e-mail adress. I tried another TT Game, cause i thought there is a problem in this game, but again no luck :(

    That is a bit annoying as i thought that might work, i would recommend contacting Telltale support to see if they can help.

    well i have contacted the support 2 times but i only get a standard answer, that i should change my password and it shouldnt contain any special letters and so on...

    i have met all those requirements but i still cant login.

    i think i will never be able to login into my account :( its sad that the support cant help me too.

    I had the same problem earlier with my PS4. Very early on the morning of the 10th. Now it's fixed itself.
