Seriously WTF is Telltale Doing?

  • It's the different art styles - TWD was made to look like it came straight out of the comics and with GoT I think they used oil painting kind of style?

Holy crap the walking dead season 1 had better graphics and that finished in 2012. What happened? >_<

That seems kinda, if you disagree with something please try and use more polite language next time.

  • Maybe Because we'll see Fiona and Rhys in Borderlands 3 as TFTB is sorta like a Backstory for those characters

  • It a dominant complaint

    Yes, that's true.

that has colored most people's opinions of ANF around here.

Most of what I've seen when we have complained about the lack of Clem we also pointed out several other things we didn't like about the game.

There is a clear heavy bias towards this season because of it.

Somewhat true, if this had never been sold to me as a continuation of Clem's stroy but would've just been about the Garcias, I wouldn't have cared nearly as much about not liking it, like I did with Michonne.

I can't believe some people still think that's the only problem with ANF. It a dominant complaint that has colored most people's opinions of ANF around here. There is a clear heavy bias towards this season because of it.

  • Cannot even play my games because of their server issues so I kind of feel unheard here....

  • They're not listening, and they don't give a sh.t of what we may say. I remember people saying GoT S2 would come out in late 2016. Apparently it will come out in 2018 if not later or never. Same about TWAU

If only they listin too our voices of what we want, Than I'll be pleased.

  • Whatever they say. Cold hard fact is they don't. Otherwise, TWAU and GoT would have had a S2 last year, instead of getting Sci-Fi guardians or batman or TWD S3 and S4.

  • Well yes he does. And so do we all. It's pretty obvious lots of people know of Minecraft. Waaay more than the TWAU niche

Do you really think that Minecraft brings in more than TWAU?

  • Then I suppose hearing and doing something about it are very different things. I don't need TTG's pity. We want TWAU S2 and GoT S2. And we've waited more than enough. Period.

  • Comedy in TWD? Sure the apocalyptic world is the best place to have a few good laughs. Seriously...

Jokes aside, I too am disappointed at no imminent Wolf/Tales sequel. On the bright side, I hope this leads to more Telltale working with mor

  • I'm honestly not hyped at all for any of the titles. Mainly because they're announcing so many important ones at once. TWAU s2, TWD S4, Batman S2, all of those titles are very huge, and it's likely most of them, (including TWAU) will turn out just like ANF. Rushed, lazy, and with the same menu screen.
I'd be more hyped if they could show that they're better with story telling, but I'm not seeing that at all, and so I'm just preparing myself for the worst.
    RIP TWD, TWAU, and GoT.

  • Yeah sure. Probably not as bad as us GoT fans. TTG's popularity on GoT threads is extremely low. And you don't make a S3 of TWD when there is no S2 of GoT and people desperately asking for it. It just ain't fair. They're taking a lifetime developing unfinished games and get their priorities all wrong. TTG is exasperating and most dissapointing.

  • But the walking dead is their most popular franchise, it's the on,y reason most of us even know about telltale in the first place, while game of thrones is one of their least popular and I didn't know it existed until I was buying a New Frontier.

They are obviously doing everything right.

  • Well I know Telltale thanks to GoT. And HBO's GoT was elected best American series in 2017 (better than AMC's TWD). Maybe TWD is their cash cow. I don't care. It doesn't make what they do any bit fairer. And nobody asked for batman either. And Guardians. All that appeared without prompting, leaving us GoT fans in the dust with a suspense story and 2 years of guessing.

  • Well they were bound to do something right sooner or later, even a broken clock is right twice a day.

  • Plus, the ending was multiple-choice, something (I assume) people tend to forget one ended on a soft note, ending the mystery early, and the other ended on a hard note, opening up a possibility for more. And I want it to stay as a single, ambiguous season, given Telltale's history on following up to those things.

Yah. That's how I feel TWD S4 is going to end, and I'm glad it will.
