How Do I Add Pictures?

I meant add pictures onto the forum. I've just been noticing that people have and I have no idea how to add them. I've just never seen any sort of "upload" button (correct me if I'm wrong.)
Help would be appreciated. Sorry if this seems dumb.

    When you type in your comment, notice the labels above the writing, one of them says "Image", click it and paste the direct link to your image, located for example on imgur or google.
