I let the agents die. Wasn't going to make Riddler get the better of me by answering his riddles. Like how I stood up to that guy in GOT when i kept being told to back down.
I figure when she inevitably learns about what her father was doing and how he helped Bruce she will understand and join his side. If you lie about it Tiffany is only going to learn the truth later and be angry at you anyway.
Man I'm glad I'm not one of the few who made a deal with mori. I figured why not just make the deal now and Batman can deal with him later. He did make The deal with Bruce, not the batman.
Looks like I'm one of the few here who took the drive by force. I mean, I did tell Mori that I was more ruthless then my father. Might as well live up to that statement.
These were exactly my choices, but I did hesitate a bit about giving Mori the favor. It is also how everyone ended up tho I am kinda sad that Alfred is vengeful, but the great majority of people got vengeful Alfreds so that might be the easiest state for him to get.
Relationships
Alfred is vengeful
Tiffany is furious
Waller is strained
John is ecstatic
Gordon is steadfast
Iman is Trauma… moretized
Choices
Choice 1: Told Tiffany i was involved
Reason: because i wanted to be truthful
Choice 2: confessed to gordon that lucius was an ally
Reason: same as choice 1
Choice 3: Visited mori
Reason: thought it would be easier and safe
Choice 4: Made a deal with mori for the drive
Reason: thought i would return the favor
Choice 5: sacrificed Iman to save other agents
Reason: because she said to and saving 3 is better than 1
And that is what i did and got for ep 1
I just thought that if i gave Mori the favor that would be one less guy to deal with and yeah i never thought Alfred would be a vengeful type man but it says other wise and it also shows that Alfred is not afraid to get payback

It does make me slightly worried for him that he's becoming slightly more aggressive, though the circumstance was understandable. I wished after seeing his reaction that I had ordered him not to see it.

Told Tiffany the truth. She deserved to know. Hopefully she'll calm down enough that I can trust her.
Told Gordon the truth. The number of people I can 100% trust in Gotham is limited, and Gordon's one of them. (Also, I'm not too worried about the possibility of him finding out Bruce is Batman. There are worse, much worse, people who could find out.)
Went to Mori. F*** Waller.
Took the drive by force. No way no how am I letting a crook escape justice when I can do something about it.
Sacrificed Iman's hearing to save the agents. At least she's not dead. Overall, this was the least costly course of action.
Tiffany is furious. Hopefully it's just one of those "heat of the moment" types of anger.
Alfred is vengeful. I'm a bit concerned, he's supposed to be my moral center.
Gordon is steadfast. Great. Need someone I can trust.
Waller is strained. She's probably gonna be a pain in the butt going forward.
True he is the guy to tell Bruce to remember what the batman is and he does not seek revenge on his enemies but now for Alfred to feel this way worries me a bit to

Yeah with Gordon out of the way (either by choice or by Waller) he's the only true friend Bruce has got now in his fight. Certainly makes things going forward more interesting for Bruce since he'll be relying on characters like John Doe and Waller more.
True he is the guy to tell Bruce to remember what the batman is and he does not seek revenge on his enemies but now for Alfred to feel this way worries me a bit to
Gordon still trusts me and "John doe" is interesting because i feel like Bruce is gonna need to be himself and batman to work with him Bruce as the friend and batman to keep an eye on him and use the info he gives to help track down the other criminals "best friends yet bitter enemies"

Pretty much everybody plays the game the same way.
Even though three choices are listed for each character, only one choice seems to actually matter.
That second one irks me. It's just flavor. It makes it seem like your choices are having a huge impact, but it really only boils down to one choice per character.
Anyone know what the tags for Tiffany and Alfred are outside Furious and Vengeful? Seems like those are the two ones nearly everyone picked. Otherwise it seems to be...
Iman: Guilt Ridden OR Traumatized
John: Ecstatic OR Hopeful
Amanda: Strained OR Collaborative
Gordon: Steadfast OR Betrayed
This is me assuming you only have two ways your relationship stats can end with those characters of course.
Two thoughts when I look through this thread.

Ok so... I lied to Tiffany. YES, I DID, SORRY. I just... I didn't think she needed to hear why her father died right in the funeral. One day, sure. But not there, no. Not that way.
Alfred is vengeful. I do not like that. He wanted so much for me to not be like that, and now he is changing. Also, when he said he "won't be here forever", I got pretty worried. Don't you DARE to take my Alfred, Mr. Kirkbride! You took my Lucius, you took my Riddler, you better not touch my Alfred!
I told Gordon about Lucious, but he registered on his "relationship" part that I refused to speak of him. I think it is a bug, because the choice showed correctly afterwards.
Waller doesn't like me. Like, at all. But Gordon is my pal forever.
I went after Mori and took the drive by force. Because really, screw that guy. I'm Bruce goddamned Wayne and he isn't forcing me to pay for his escapade.
I sacrificed Iman. It was a pretty hard choice, but she bravely stood up for her comrades and I respect that. I would have done the same for, say, Selina, Gordon and Alfred if they were the ones in those murder boxes. Glad she survived. Sure, she is deaf, but even if her condition is permanent, deaf people can live relatively normal lives. At least she is alive.
Also, I was super nice to the Joker because, honestly, when would I ever get that chance again? But I refused the selfie, Bruce really didn't need the Agency to get their hands on a pic of him with "John Doe".
I'm a little disappointed that Dr. Leland wasn't Harley in the end. I mean, not the writers fault, of course. Just sad to throw away my favourite pet theory.
It's a great new system and idea, but I'm hoping in future episodes they expand it as you say, maybe having three states by episode end and multiple choices to reach them.

I dunno, for Alfred, that choice about whether or not you showed him the video also seems to affect how he perceives how you handled the situations with Eli and Mori.

Interesting! I imagine she's going to find out and get angry about it some point though, so I figured getting it over with now (even if she is trying to learn the truth by herself) is better in the long run.
Oh yeah, I imagine she will be furious. I do need to tell her, eventually, because she will know about Batman one day. I need someone like her working for me. Gods, that's a horrible thing to say about a girl that just lost her father.

Agreed, I felt guilty at even hinting it at the time when I said I wanted to tell her but the funeral wasn't the right place, that actually set up her angry reaction to the truth even more. And I hope she and Bruce will get to fix their relationship! As much as some of us assume her destiny is Robin I actually think she's more likely to end up being Oracle with her tech prowess, groomed perhaps as Alfred's eventual successor.

Im pretty sure it was a "heat of the moment" type anger she will probably make up with bruce and also i agree that the funeral surely was not the right place to tell her thats why there was that option to say "I will tell you but not here" and i though she could become batgirl

I rationalised it by thinking about Riddler's grudge with him. If I let him get away he might eventually still get his comeuppance, but if he dies to Riddler (or the Pact) then that won't be justice and it is better to just have him out of the picture at this point and maybe deal with him later.

I love this new feature. I'm glad that it gave me a clear picture of the current state of my relations with the characters. Looking forward to replay the episode again and make some 'adjustments'.
(hidden because there's lots of big pictures.)
All of 'Em:
(Surprisingly, I'm in the majority for a lot of these choices. Only a few of the relationship ones are where I fall into the minority. Weird. Haven't had stats like that in a while. Usually I get one minority choice per episode, but here I've got 5/5 in terms of big decisions.. Interesting...)
Bonus Choices:
* Me and 89.8% of people accepted Tiffany's offer to hep with the Puzzlebox. [She's smart. She can handle that. At least.. for now.]
* Me and 26.9% of players told Lucius involving Tiffany in the Batman mission would be too dangerous. [Tbh, I wasn't sure. But I thought I should play it safe for now. Given that Lucius is now dead, I probably need her on my team now. I was going to wait till later, but I might have to do it asap.]
* Me and 17.5% of players told John you were too busy to meet his friends. [Yeah, I wasn't sure about this either. Hopefully this can pull a Guardians and we can go back on that promise when we make that decision. I am interested in seeing them, but it would risk Bruce's reputation again.]
* Me and 59.6% of players trusted John to return without planting a tracker. [Didn't need a tracker to know he'll be back. It'd be good to find where he goes, but I don't want to risk him getting suspicious of me either. Keep it on the down-low with that Bat-tech around him, I say.]
And that's that. I'll probably replay this episode to get other decisions, as this does have good branching to it. Telltale has improved that with their recent titles, and it's gotten me excited to replay episodes again, unlike other times where there was too much that was too similar. Here, it'd be thrilling once more.

For those that chose to be honest with Tiffany. Sometimes, the truth hurts.

The relationship system being featured throughout the season rather than the end is amazing, but anyways.
I feel REALLY bad for this one ^

I would agree to the 2 one but i have seen a alot of different ways people have played this first ep

Alfred can be grieving and i dont know about Tiffany
I dunno, for Alfred, that choice about whether or not you showed him the video also seems to affect how he perceives how you handled the situations with Eli and Mori.
But if he sees the video, he becomes vengeful no matter what, even if everything else you do encourages mercy. That's my point.
What was your relationship tag for Tiffany, given you seem to be the only one who lied to her (you horrible person you, lol)?
It said "Tiffany was comforted". She felt sorry for accusing Bruce.
Comforted, according to Abeille below. But thanks!
Interesting! I imagine she's going to find out and get angry about it some point though, so I figured getting it over with now (even if she is trying to learn the truth by herself) is better in the long run.
