Telltale seems to be following GRRM's pattern when it comes to releasing the story. At this rate it'll probably be 2019 or even 2020 before we get Season 2
I did see the very first scene and he sounds closer to Andros than Duncan or Gregor. That might be why he was difficult to recognize. Fantastic voice actor though! He's incredible.
I thought his performances as Lord Forrester/Duncan/Andros were amazing but a little bit too similar. His performance as the Riddler was unique and nearly unrecognizable. He's a cool guy for sure.

I think that an announcement during Pax West is highly probable. It makes sense from the marketing POV since it would be the same week Season 7 ends, so GoT would be on everybody's minds.

Yeah he was really good as the Riddler and I didn't recognize his voice until towards the end
