Implement a system to upload our saves

  Technically you should be able to upload your first save file into the Cloud using the Telltale account system in game. If you have already tried that, it sounds like you might have had some technical issues. Maybe you can try contacting Telltale staff to help you using the Support section of the website.

  the problem is after the update as many people here are having the same problem, the game save system is bugged and either delete previous choices in chapters, have error with cloud or the new batman game just cant read the local save files. i did not have any problem uploading my save before the last update.

  Are you referring to the Season 1 save system being glitched after that recent update? I've heard of this being a potential fix:

  You may be able to recover your save files by using the following steps:

  1) Please open your existing save folder located at C:\Users\%Username%\Documents\Telltale Games\Batman The Telltale Series
  2) Copy its contents.
  3) Paste the contents into the new folder located at C:\Users\%Username%\Documents\Telltale Games\Batman

  This should allow you to recover your save file and continue gameplay until this issue is resolved.

  i did already try that, but it doenst solve the problem, thanks anyway

  i hope they implement the save system and let us upload manually our save games, its something they can easily do and it will be less problematic in the end.

  Batman: The Telltale Series: The Enemy Within doesn't recognize my imported save file from the first season. The same exact thing happened to me with The Walking Dead: A New Frontier until they fixed the apparent issue halfway through the season. Telltale Games need to thoroughly check for technical difficulties before releasing a product to the public.

  Matter of fact, it doesn't even recognize that I purchased the season pass. To be honest, it's basically unplayable for me right now. By the way, this is all on the PlayStation 4.
