He wasn't even given a make-up. But yeah, I know actors that do better than him. I still don't see a good reason not hiring Willem Dafoe. He did an amazing performance Green Goblin who was just as crazy as The Joker.
Wait, What? Are you for real?
Oh man, they really fucked up now didn't they. Not that Dicaprio is a bad actor -I like the guy- but as Joke… morer? No way. He doesn't even look like Joker, tf?
EDIT: If I had to pick someone, Jake Gyllenhaal man. Great actor, also looks the part.
So that's his secret super power? That is waaaay more powerful than anything Superman can do! For sure! Why doesn't he use it more? Man! That is a disservice to humanity.

On the contrary, Telltale's games look terrible at 60 fps. The animations are way too smooth.
Mobile had the best fps (around 25), the controls are great, but the graphics are terrible. I can live with that though, since i play for the story.
I'm fine with the Xbox One, anyhow. 30fps looks good, just that the controls for both consoles and PC are nowhere as good as mobile!
I've tried the iOS version and honestly I feel much better playing on PC at 60fps. It really adds to the overall presentation.
Just my opinion obviously.
Who are you to tell others they have no right to say something about a game after watching a full episode? That's 20% of the bloody game, mind you. 20% is plenty. I watched Guardians Ep1 and 30 minutes of Ep2 and couldn't get into it.
Well yeah, probably with Makeup he would look more like the joker. But I don't think that would be enough considering that Joker's facial structure is different: longer, angled, slender, long mouth. Maybe if Leo lost weight enough to look bony-er then it would be more similar, who knows.
I think Dafoe is too old for the part though, the guy is 62 years old.
What do you think of Gyllenhaal though?

I feel if they tease too much it could spoil stuff, they will release the trailer closer to the release date which will have some spoilers so i think they will keep posting those images for now.

The episode is still a month away and they usually start teasing 1-2 weeks before the release. We're actually pretty lucky we got some screens so soon.

No. If you don't get into a Telltale game by watching it on YouTube, then you won't get into it playing the game. They're 85% dialogue, 10% walking around, 5% QTEs. That's it. I've played all three episodes of Guardians so far. It's simply boring. I'm not invested in the slightest into this game. Story is predictable, characters are boring, humor is rarely hit and mostly miss and the game just feels really off altogether - like others have said, basically just a watered down version of the movies. This game will disappear into oblivion the moment it's done, and I can't pretend it doesn't deserve it. It always sucks to be so harsh because there are definitely people working on this game that pour their heart's blood into it, but the end result is simply not up to scratch (like almost all Telltale games nowadays tbh). It's a shame really, but I think the sales reflect my opinion.
Cause if you play the game you can easily get into the character, feel his feelings, decide your faith, tell your jokes, ship your favorite … moreperson and so on.... You are 90% more into game if you play it so you should really give it a try...
But I know it can be hard for you... So I can give you a advice.... Watch both Guardians of the galaxy vol.1 and vol.2 movies... and trust you are gonna love the telltale series of this franchise...
Nah, mobile Telltale games are literal cancer. I wish Telltale would stop dragging that dead horse along, they cut last gen a while back, I think it's time they did mobile too.
iOS. That's the best platform to play Telltale games. But that glitch
pissed me off so much I switched to Xbox One after Batman onwards.
My best bet is that it's a problem unique to the iOS/Android version.
It really did. I think the long wait greatly contributed to my disappointment with the last episode. After so long, I just expected it to blow me away, you know? Maybe if I didn't have such high expectations I wouldn't have hated it so much.
So much better than three months from today. The wait between episode five and six of GOT was a whopping 119 days... I SO wanted to kill a few peeps on the GOT. The wait felt interminable.
I don't think so. Since Batman is obviously the priority. With minecraft being second and Guardians being the unwanted cash cow that doesn't sell well.

Do you have statistics? Because that's not usually the case. Sales across platforms, for most games, have similar tendencies, especially when we can observe such a huge difference between titles.
All the determinate deaths definitely didn't help. It's like... c'mon Telltale. The Starks died by attrition over the course of seasons of the show... there were two Stark girls and (not counting John)three boys. After seven seasons, both girls are still alive as well as one of the boys. What does TT give us in one "season"? Of six, one is for sure dead and three are determinant - which pretty much means dead - although we do have two bastards. The high mortality rate is what I hated most. I don't think either of the brother's story was done, but the way they ended things... it is. Sucks.
Then they go announce a second season but (after two gorram years with practically no news) say that they are going to wait until they know more. It's like.. you have two or three season's worth of known material to work with. What more information do you need? Unless, you know, there's a really long time jump.

It is kinda funny that the death that hurt me the most because it ended my favourite story line (the King's Landing one) is the one that I feel it was closer to the true spirit of A Song of Ice and Fire, with the mistakes done and trusting the wrong people led to the character's (determinant) death. The rest was mostly butchering for the sake of butchering. I both wanted and didn't want that death because of this.
I feel like TellTale just didn't get ASOIAF. They thought that the killing of main characters was what makes it so good, when it is the realism of character relationships and political intrigues in a fantasy setting what actually makes it so good.

I mean, it's a growing gaming market but it simply is not profitable for all types of games and business models. I think Telltale could achieve more with their engine if mobile was out of the way.

I'm just gonna upload this here for no reason.
When you hear Batman's been suctioning all the bad boys in town

I know right! @OfficialMonkey
This dude just goes everywhere and claims people are making this "personal" for him when in fact that reply is meant for Achicken, not him lol.

Wait, I don't see how that can be a bad thing. Their animations should be smooth.
Da fuq.
Game is now on iOS... Only android left
Ah, nevermind, its season 1
It's just personal preference I guess
I don't know. I just don't like it.
What's wrong with his mouth? That looks creepy.
I enjoyed it, so thanks.
Am I the only one that's bummed out Telltale does no teasing other than spamming the same 2 pictures of Harley and John Doe?
Yeah I think they look really good at 60fps. Much better than 30 or 25.
Reminds of the comments that somehow 60fps makes games less "cinematic".
From where I'm standing 60fps only makes things better.
I feel if they tease too much it could spoil stuff, they will release the trailer closer to the release date which will have some spoilers so i think they will keep posting those images for now.
I dunno about the other cast choices.

Yeah but they like to tease. Well it technically wasnt a month away haha.

Damian Wayne (Robin): Who put a hit on me?
Deadshot: Everyone who's ever met you.

On which platform isn't it selling well? Because it currently has more owners on Steam than both these games combined.
You weren't even here at the time lol. Should've seen the forum. How much rage there was.
^so true
Every other.

I agree. Better to focus on modern gaming platforms (PC, consoles).
Mobile only holds them back.
I agree. Mobile has been a catastrophe these days.

Surely, it's been a long time since the teasers-

Oh man Anthony is getting me super hyped. It did hurt hearing that original release date at the end though...
The wait is going to be hard, very hard.
This is literally how I feel right now :
