Telltale 2018 Line up.
Just wondering about telltale 2018 line up.telltale released(ing)4 games at 2017 which three of them were(are)mainly for 2017.the question is are the walking dead and the wolf among us new seasons only 2018 telltale games??
I wish telltale only publish new seasons of those games instead of 4 low quality games.I hope TWD final season will be great likeS1 &2.

Any ideas??
So far, Telltale have only announced Walking Dead Season 4 and Wolf Season 2 for 2018, but I can see them probably announcing more titles later on. We have a stickied thread that we update with new announcements as they come: https://telltale.com/community/discussion/94732/whats-coming-up-from-telltale-faqs-about-telltales-future-upcoming-games-update-sept-19-2017
Whatever else Telltale releases in 2018, it's most likely not going to be comic book related (since they got all comic game announcements out of the way in Summer 17 Update), and it's been recently confirmed that Super Show and Game of Thrones Season 2 are both coming later after 2018, so it won't be either of those two games either.
(Also, please don't bump your own threads before people have a chance to respond to them. Thanks! )
Thanks for reply. But I taught telltale said supershow isn't at 2017 & don't expect for 2018 either.According to Eurogamer.it's most likely to be at 2019.
Well, we have The Waking Dead Season 4 - The Final Season coming early 2018 and The Wolf Among Us Season 2 in late 2018. But they also said Minecraft: Story Mode Season 2 and Batman Season 2 - The Enemy Within will go into 2018. It's also most likely of how slow they take into the episodes of Guardians of the Galaxy that it may go into 2018 too.
Yep, that's what I said. My post meant that GoT 2 and Super Show come after 2018.
I very strongly doubt Guardians will go on into 2018, and Batman/Minecraft would probably only have their final episodes released in 2018 (unless Telltale pulls a surprise DLC for Minecraft again like they did for Season 1).
I misunterstood.Sorry
A surprise because it did not deserve it, unlike games like TWAU...TWD s2...TFTBL.
I do have my doubts of Guardians going into 2018, as you'd think Job would mention it going into 2018, as he did with Minecraft and Batman.
(I re-posted the comment twice, sorry).
So true. All the 7 year olds are to blame.
I think telltale will probably announce two new projects at the game awards 2017 for 2018.
Instead of them announcing two projects, I just see them announcing one project and also giving more information on Walking Dead Season 4.
I hope telltale announce a star wars game before the end of this year?
I think EA currently has rights to make Star Wars games (on Console) for the foreseeable future; at least the next several years at minimum.
If they make game of throne season 2 next year i better hear the same main menu song playing and the characters in the background not a picture like batman season 2
FORCE CHOKE
FORCE CHOKE
FORCE CHOKE
... (FORCE CHOKE)
It won't be next year.I think it is 2019.
I bet they'll announce Minecraft: Story Mode Season 3 or Season 2 DLC as well as a new IP.
I'm glad to see that Telltale has expanded and has enough resources to be working on three seasons at once, however since in 2018 we will be getting the last season of their main Walking Dead series, I hope they slow it down a little bit and focus primarily on making it a good quality season with longer episodes with choices that actually matter instead of chocies that can hasten or delay an inevitable outcome. As opposed to getting a lot of games out at a fast pace.
I am not critisizing the three games they are working on right now since I haven't even played them. But I feel like it just makes sense that if instead of using their new resources on making more projects they use it on making each project with more content and quality.
overgeneralization of an audience of players you don't know shit about personally xd
I'd love for that. Season 2 has been nothing but good: a vast improvement over season 1.
I have played over 700 hours of Minecraft on my Xbox and computer and I think it's one of the best games of this generation imo. The player base, however; is so unbelievably cancer that it gives such a bad rep on the game, I believe if the player base wasn't so fucking terrible more people would actually try the game. Minecraft story mode is a terrible interpretation of Minecraft that doesn't add to Minecraft itself, but instead uses Minecraft's aesthetic look and components to make an extremely vanilla story experience with plenty of cliches, undeveloped characters, and a bare bones basic plot. In reality Minecraft story mode's story could have been made without actually putting Minecraft in the title.
I think it's an enjoyable adventure series and I'd love to see another season. It's got the potential for it and the team has more or less improved upon all of the first season's shortcomings.
It's not as if MCSM prevents the other games from receiving additional seasons. TWAU is about to receive its second season and TWD is about to receive its fourth season. Overall, everybody benefits from Telltale having multiple series that are financially benefiting the company.
I do wonder if Telltale will ever try their hand at a second season for TFTBL. If the management issues that plagued productions could be avoided then maybe? I know some of the people who made it are no longer around so that may play another part.
ehhhh, i'd say it's one of the most important games of the generation, but not one of the best. definitely enjoyable with some friends and some mods though.
the vocal bit of the player base is definitely horrible, yeah.
you're 1000000% right
Honestly I wouldn't mind it either, having a new season of Minecraft each year, especially since it spans several months is kinda nice, I'd like to see how many Seasons Telltale can make of their games lol
Does anybody know something new?
Batman last year was kind of a surprise. I had no idea until they presented it like a month (or less?) from it's release. This one is ending probably too late in the year for another surprise like that but I'll hold out hope for late fall/winter for S3 of Batman. Keep hope alive!
Game of Thrones is still a painful one. I thoroughly enjoyed that series.
After TWD and TWAU I hope Telltale get the rights to some new franchises like Star Wars or Lord Of The Rings/The Hobbit
I would love to see some of the following:
Borderlands telltale was.. okay...
all i care about
