It's bound to happen. I mean don't forget that Waller is making us infiltrate this group. It's either we side with those morally dubious characters or we side with this other morally dubious character at the head of a dubious organisation.
Either way we will have to cross someone's line. John Doe might act friendly but he clearly can be a threat to Gotham while Waller wants criminals out of the way no matter the cost.
So I'll side with Waller for now, I mean Harley, Bane and John Doe clearly are evil in their own ways. I don't care about their motivations, they are a threat to Gotham.
I naively assume both sides will try to use Catwoman as a leverage. "Behave or she is hurt".

Harley's voice sounds so familiar, but I just can't place it.
I think we can see how different the dynamic between John and Harley is goi… moreng to be compared to classic Joker and Harley. Not only is Harley the dominant one, but John seems to genuinely love her and want to impress her. It's basically flipped their dynamic, with John being the Harley of the relationship.
I wonder if John is still responsible for Harleen's makeover in this continuity?
I'm curious if our decisions can effect Harley's opinion of John as much as it does her opinion of Bruce.
That clip was bloody amazing; I almost hesitated watching it to avoid spoiling the surprise, but I really don't think it was too bad in the spoiler department.
Random note, but I love the super detailed animations that Batman Season 2 has, especially with Harley's smile at the end. Telltale has really stepped up their production qualities.

I mean, that idea's already been suggested/toyed around with in different versions of Batman's continuity, but this is about as OVERT as it's ever been. I hope Telltale balances things out with a lesbian romance later. We've already got Harley, now we just need Poison Ivy to crank up the temperature.
