Agent Blake Alive & Avesta Glitch (Episode 2) My Choice didn't carry over!

So in the last episode I got Blake killed by not answering Riddlers questions and Avesta still had her hearing. You literally see Blake get chopped up in the chamber then I load up episode 2 and Blake is alive with Avesta in the hospital cause she is death! WTF this feels like a really important choice too, I didn't want to save Blake.

    I’m sorry I had to XD.

    But yeah I had this glitch as well I guess the only way to get around it is for all the agents to die.

    Did you save the other agent or did both die in episode 1?

    PS4. I answered the first question correctly then realised Avesta was going to go death if I answered another one so I gave a wrong answer for the second question. Then Riddler kills Blake (Avesta's partner) with the agent in the other chamber alive. Then Avesta finally says ok I'll distract him. So Blake dead with the other agent alive, I'm replaying episode 1 to kill both agents.

    Yeah sometimes going "halfway" on a choice can register incorrectly on the next episode. Like the final choice in TFTBL ep4 if you stayed quiet it registered wrong. Telltale will fix it but it will be a while probably.

    Just leaving it here as a note: killing both agents by giving two wrong answers to Riddlers questions fixes the problem.

    how do I know if i have the bug? Io didn't see her at the start of episode 2.
