if you're waiting for it on Steam, it comes out at a specific time. I live in the UK and Telltale episodes usually come out at 6pm. As its 5:15pm right now, it should be out in about 45 minutes. So just wait about an hour and it should come out.

It seems like Sony is in the middle of updating the store right now. A new Spotlight sale just started, with Uncharted: The Lost Legacy discounted at 25% off.. And their PSPlus free games of the month has been updated, but right now only MGSV is free on the page, all others still have their original price.
Still not out here on telltale store version while its out for steam customers for 30 mins already. Why am I even buying it here ?

The Telltale store version normally releases later than the Steam version and doesn't have an exact release time.
As moderators are not staff I can't give a estimate on when it might release so for now the only thing you can do is keep checking the game for the update.
finally, 1 hour after steam, telltale store version shows EP2 available for download .. but wth .. it doesnt work! first it asks for a critical patch and shows a 404 error in the browser, then ingame the download keeps failing for the new EP files .. good job telltale ..
