You haven't shipped W&G DVD

Dear Telltale, you haven't shipped the Wallace & Gromit DVD to me, even though I have bought a season of Wallace & Gromit: Grand Adventures. Why aren't you shipping the DVD to me?

    We would love to send it to you but first you have to put the disc in your cart http://www.telltalegames.com/store/grandadventures-disc The disc is free for the cost of shipping.

    It appears that I haven't gotten it either (no mail about it either), and I do have the DVD in my order history (though as you may remember, there was some messup there earlier that might have something to do with it).

    Much appreciated if you could look into it. :)
